Je suis très satisfaite de la chambre. Elle est propre et bien rangée. C’était la première fois que je parlais français avec la réceptionniste pendant toute la conversation. Elle était très patiente lorsque je parlais français.

J’ai aimé le petit-déjeuner. Il était délicieux ! Il y avait beaucoup de choses à goûter, par exemple des croissants, du lait et du jus d’orange.

Personnel agréable, accueillant et à l ecoute

Cons:

La température excessive et impossible d ou rir les fenêtres car carrefour trop bruyant
Nous aurions préfère une douche et aurions apprécié une bouilloire pour se faire un thé, un café.....
Il manque une prise de courant
Notre sentiment est que cette chambre a été " un peu bricolée"

Convenient and comfortable overnight stop.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable - compact, as expected for a budget hotel. It was walking distance to the railway station and historic sights. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

There was no coffee making facility in the room. In other Ibis Styles hotels we have used, free coffee was available in the common area downstairs. Nothing was evident here or pointed out at reception. Given that there were no cafés nearby, this was particularly disappointing.

Bon hotel pour une nuit dans le centre d'Anger.
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé dans Angers à proximité du centre. Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner bien. Très silencieux.

Cons:

Hotel un peu vieillissant, mobilier et déco pas à la hauteur des autres Ibis Style déjà visités.

Lack of wall and usb plugs beside the bed. The shower was in the bath which is very uncomfortable to get into it especially for elderly.The hotel rooms needs a refurbishment.
