Its location makes it a draw but other than that a premier inn is better.
Pros:

Sea view room? Roof tops more like!

Cons:

A tv you needed binoculars to see. I’ve got a bigger computer screen in work.

Okay für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer. Großer Parkplatz. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Unfreundliche Bedienung an der Bar. Schmutziges Glas beim Nachtessen. Frühstücksbuffet nicht ansprechend. Extrem viele Flecken auf dem Teppich im Zimmer.

Nice room , clean and comfortable breakfast I expected more as we paid for it

Breakfast buffet no staff to ask about empty trays so didn’t get a full breakfast which we should expected

Room was nice but overpriced bar staff were good lack of juices at breakfast and no one told us you pick of the menu lack of communication

Cons:

We arrived for a wedding at the property for 3 30 pm and was told to get changed in the hotel toilet or the spa were it was wet and not ideal for my wife to do her hair and get dressed for the wedding there was no help trying to accommodate us not a very good advert for your hotel as ther were a lot of guests in the same position as us it was like you had our money and didn't care about anyone's feelings absolutely disgusting

Excellent, peaceful in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Stunning decor, particularly the chandelier. Location perfect for beach and nearby towns. Excellent spa.

Wonderful hotel for special occasions.
Pros:

Relaxing, quiet, beautiful view of the sea and exceptional restaurant. Wonderful touch from the staff for our anniversary- two gorgeous cakes and message written in chocolate. Thank you.

Apart from the height of the bathroom shelf & mirror, we had a good stay and recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Our meal in The Coast restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The bathroom shelf was too high above the basin and, worse, the mirror was so high that my wife (who is shorter than average) could see only the top of her hair. The shower basin didn't have a non-slip surface.

An unremarkable hotel with largely indifferent customer service
Pros:

Spacious room with great sea view and comfortable bed. Paul - who looked after us at breakfast - was an outstanding member of staff and a lesson to others on customer service.

Cons:

1. They sent me an email several days before I arrived to inform me that they would be debiting my credit card for my first night’s stay in advance - even though I had already paid in full. 2. I booked a table for dinner in the restaurant but when I arrived the restaurant could find no trace of the booking. 3. Dirty dishes and half eaten food were left outside rooms in corridor on second floor near my room. 4. In the bar lots of dirty glasses left unattended on the bar top waiting to be washed.
