De kamer inclusief de bedden was zeer goed. Het ontbijt is prima, wat meer versproducten zou het ontbijt nog completer maken. Het personeel is over het algemeen correct, de mevrouw die ons zowel op de heen- als terugreis incheckte onaangenaam en weinig gevoel voor gastvrijheid. Zij past niet goed in haar ontvangstfunctie.
Verder een plezierig verblijf gehad.
Zoals aangegeven, de mevrouw die ons ontving aan de receptie is weinig gastvrij, dat past niet bij een dergelijk hotel.
We booked this Hotel late as it was a short drive to Le shuttle around 15 minutes away .We had a really lovely room overlooking the sea which we were'nt expecting . We used the spa which was included and was part of our reason for booking and it did'nt disappoint . The pool was fairly large and water warm. We ate in the restaurant and the food was top quality as was the breakfast next morning which was self service with a great selection on offer . All in all a Great experience and were staff were lovely

so disappointed, shower in the room was luke warm, there were hairs on the bed on arrival. My room was down the end of a corridor meaning the WiFi didn’t reach the room, meaning the tv also didn’t work because it was run off the WiFi. Breakfast was sloppy (no coffee cups for the machine, sloppy full English) super disappointed for a 4 start hotel

We stayed for one night in a sea facing room which we payed quite a lot extra for. The view was amazing.
Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Most notably, Balazs, who served us at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to advise me what was gluten free as I am Coeliac. He brought me some separately toasted gluten free bread. He chatted to us and was very kind. The food was delicious, however some gluten free cereal or granola would have been nice.
Our room was very clean except for a mucky stained bed runner. We enjoyed a swim and use of the spa facilities.
We were able to secure a late checkout for an additional £10.
