Estadia com a qualidade esperada na Rede Mercure.
Pros:

Equipe atenciosa desde o momento do checkin.Quarto e banheiro amplos, ótima roupa de cama e de banho. Café da manhã muito variado com frutas, pães, frios e você pode solicitar café espresso e cappuccino.

סביב יש חנויות ומסעדות. המלון נקי מרווח עם חנייה צמודה... ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד. צוות נפלא ומסביר. היה לנו מאוד נוח .

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Parkplatz in der Garage leider nicht verfügbar. Wir haben aber dann in der blauen Zone in der Nähe des Hotels um 7 Euro geparkt.

Ottima struttura molto vicino al centro o ottima la pulizia e il personale gentile ed accogliente la stanza era una stanza bella, grande e confortevole

Muy buen hotel a un paso del centro histórico.
Pros:

Habitación grande, buen desayuno, parking subterráneo en el mismo edificio. En una calle tranquila a 10 min andando del centro histórico.

Cons:

No me gustó que el sábado, en el que el desayuno es hasta las 11, a las 10:15 ya empezaban a retirar cosas del buffet porque "el hotel no estaba lleno"...no me parece correcto.

Hôtel vieillissant, très mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend les voisins parler, prendre leur douche et autre chose….

Pros:

Spazi comuni e camere pulitissime. Personale molto disponibile in tutta la struttura.
La colazione a buffet molto soddisfacente, varia, dolce e salata, con prodotti locali e internazionali, torte dolci e salate, frutta, e qualunque cosa uno potesse desiderare.
Servizio bar al tavolo servito da personale appositamente addetto. Personalmente siamo stati serviti da Debora in modo impeccabile, veramente gentilissima e molto professionale che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.

Cons:

La prima camera che ci hanno assegnato non era all'altezza del livello dell'hotel w del prezzo pagato. Non funzionavano ne lo switch della doccia ne il telecomando e il materasso non era confortevole in quanto ormai esausto e sfondato.. Dopo averlo fatto presente ci hanno cambiato camera con una della stessa categoria ma assolutamente di livello superiore.
Molto piu grande della precedente, materasso nuovo e bagno perfettamente funzionante.
Costo parcheggio 15 euro a notte, decisamente caro.

Prima locatie, vooral als je een auto kwijt moet

Cons:

Het ontbijt was absoluut onder de maat. Weinig keuze en nagenoeg alles van slechte kwaliteit. Geen sfeer, geen stijl, net een fabriekskantine.

המלון ממוקם במרחק של עשר דקות מהמרכז העתיק של לצ'ה וכבר ביציאה מהמלון יש חנויות וברים ומסעדות ארוחת הבוקר מספקת לפי הסטנדרטים המקובלים באירופה והצוות לבבי ונעים

בהגעה גילינו שחניית המלון מוגבלת בגודלה ולא יכולה להכיל את כל אורחי המלון. זה גרם לנו לעשות סיבובים למציאת חנייה בסביבת המלון( מצאנו בקלות יחסית בשני ימי השהות שלנו במלון) ולסחוב את המזוודות עד למלון
