Un bell'albergo in comoda posizione

Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο και από τα τρένα με λεωφορείο είναι περίπου 10 λεπτά διαδρομή.
Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και τα μαξιλάρια εκπληκτικά.
Είχε δυνατό aircondition, και ευτυχώς είχε πολλούς κάδους απορριμάτων στο δωμάτιο
Η διαμονή ήταν άνετη. Επίσης το πιστολάκι μαλλιών ήταν πολύ δυνατό, αρκετά καλό για ξενοδοχείου

Cons:

Ότι είχε μοκέτα αντί για πλακάκια στο δωμάτιο. Το έκανε να μοιαζει με παλιό ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο.

Pros:

La colazione era buonissima e completa. La posizione comoda e piacevole,10 minuti a piedi dal centro passando per la via dello shopping di Lecce.
Lo staff davvero gentile e di cuore, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Magnifica Lecce
Pros:

L'hotel è situato in un bel quartiere, servitissimo e prossimo al centro storico. La struttura è molto accogliente ed il personale preparato e gentilissimo. Molto presenti e disponibili tutti: il personale delle pulizie, bravi ed efficienti, la reception, disponibili e professionali e comunque tutti in generale hanno reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno.

La camera ampia e pulita dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione con vasta scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Utile il parcheggio privato su prenotazione e buona la posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.

Accoglienza e Personale: Il personale alla reception è stato estremamente gentile e professionale.

​Spazi e Comfort: Gli spazi sono davvero ampi, sia nella hall che all'interno della camera. Il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo e la pulizia dei locali ottima.

​Pet Friendly: Molto apprezzato il servizio di benvenuto per il nostro cane, con la ciotola già predisposta in camera.

Cons:

​Insonorizzazione insufficiente: La nostra stanza era comunicante con quella adiacente, divisa soltanto da una normale porta d'interconnessione. Purtroppo la mancanza di insonorizzazione faceva percepire distintamente tutti i rumori provenienti dalla stanza affianco, dal corridoio e dalla strada.

​Costi extra elevati: Troviamo un po' eccessivi i supplementi richiesti: 25€ per il soggiorno del cane e 20€ al giorno per il parcheggio interno coperto.

​Servizi e Colazione: Assente il kit da bagno e la colazione è risultata poco variegata rispetto alle aspettative per una struttura di questo livello.
