When in Glasgow again, I'll be staying here.
Pros:

Location outstanding, bang in the middle of Glasgow. Room enormous and very comfortable. Unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast.

Pros:

Il letto era il più comodo in cui abbia mai dormito. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile nel soddisfare le mie richieste. All’arrivo in camera ho addirittura trovato come omaggi un kit di cucito e dei cioccolatini. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing location
Pros:

Room was comfy,great location

Cons:

Being woke up at 8am from a very noisy pneumatic drill from the building site. I had payed a higher rate for city views but unfortunately George Square is getting a makeover so not a great view

Grand but slightly dated hotel.
Pros:

Location Ideal. Beautiful grand corridors and high ceilings.

Cons:

Could do with some updating. I had to ask for a USB charger and the TV would have been innovative in 2002. Room a but stuffy.

Comfy hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet with regard to internal noise / noise from guests - always a bonus!
My daughter left an item behind, and the staff (esp. Donna) were very helpful in getting it back to us.
