Old run down property with overpriced rooms and pathetic service
Pros:

Overrated overpriced bad service. The hotel is run down, with reception desk staff being cold and distant during check-in. Despite being a premium customer my room upgrade was not even discussed or considered. The car pickup and drop from the airport was appalling. Aircon was not working, car was stinking, my luggage was left by the road side unattended while I had gone to get a trolley both ways. I will have gotten a better service in an Uber.

What’s even more disappointing is that despite complaining in day 1, no one even tried to contact me to check if my stay could be made more comfortable.

My advise for people looking into this property for a stay, apart from the location nothing is worth talking about. I would give it a total miss!!!

The best hotel stay in a very long time
Pros:

The best hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well designed. They had everything you would need. Air-con worked well. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was brilliant! Hash browns and baked beans as a Brit was amazing! Brilliant location. Overall, a perfect stay

Pros:

The location is 10 out of 10. Very nice hotel with a unique decoration. But most of all the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful! If you have any problem they will make everything they can to help you!!

Pros:

Viskas buvo tiesiog puiku. Administracija sužinojus, kad ruošiuosi vestuvėms, be jokio papildomo mokesčio suteikė didesnį ir erdvesnį kambarį. Likau labai nustebinta, tad nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju rinktis šį viešbutį viešnagei. Ačiū :)
