Pros:

Excellent location, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and nice bedding

Cons:

In the first room there were blood stains on the duvet cover. I had to ask twice for it to be changed and cleaned.
The next day I moved to a room where the air conditioning system heated instead of cooled, the technician did not detect the problem at first and only after insistence was the problem fixed after two days in which I slept with heating instead of cooling. The receptionist on the first day made no effort to help, the receptionist on the second day was much more polite and efficient.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, esp. Olga and Anton :-) Great view from room with balcony. Room clean and with all facilities we needed. Hotel (old part) looks amazing.

Cons:

The hotel is located nearby a very vivid square and until late there is noise, esp. at the weekend (although our room was highest floor!).

Excellent and historic hotel with professional and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. The staff were exceptional; very friendly, very communicative. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready, which isn’t their problem; they took my luggage from me and provided me a charger for my phone, and came to get me as soon as the room was ready.

Luxury Bargain
Pros:

The Location is amazing as you can walk to all the main sites to see in Old Town Vilnius. There are a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, and museums to close by. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and we did enjoy the egg dishes they serve up fresh at the breakfast table. We also downloaded the Bolt application and it was easy to catch a cab around the city and to Trakai Island Castle (35 to 45 minutes drive depending on traffic and roadwork). We would stay at the same hotel again if we were going back to Vilnius.

Nice room in a conveniently located hotel let down by cleanliness and staff.
Pros:

The location in the old town is excellent. A very nice room which had a good amount of space and good facilities. The hotel is well decorated.

Cons:

The toilet was not clean - it had a very unsightly stain on the side of the toilet seat. The housekeeping service was a bit mediocre. Once the bathroom bin wasn't emptied, and the next day, the complimentary water wasn't refilled. They were also quite stingy with the toilet paper. The daytime staff seemed quite aloof. It took me a while to get seen a couple of times, making me feel a bit ignored. Overall, the quality didn't deserve more than a 7 given the price point and fell well short of the Radisson Elizabete in Riga.
