Cons:

El desayuno no existía, no tenían ni café, y tenías que llenar una papeleta el día anterior para que al final tampoco te daban un desayuno, algunos preferían quedarse con un jugo industrial.

Incredible unfortunate experience
Pros:

Extremely disappointing experience. During our stay, there were repeated disturbances from other guests, including loud sexual activity and aggressive altercations that were clearly audible. My young child was exposed to these incidents, making the hotel feel completely unsuitable for families.

I reported the problems to hotel staff, but the situation became so unacceptable that I checked out two nights early. I then requested a refund for the unused nights. More than a month later, after multiple follow-ups, I was still being told my request was "under review" with no resolution.

Poor guest experience, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

Loved the balcony
Pros:

Quick overnight trip after a flight from Jamaica. I treated myself to a bayfront room with a balcony as it was my bday. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I saw 2 iguanas sunning themselves on the rooftop! ❤️ I knew from reviews that the elevator in that building wasn't working but the front desk offered to bring my luggage to my room but I declined. Yes there are some scuff marks/water spots etc in some areas but by far, the room felt very clean. I walked to Benihana and got dinner and went to a nearby store and bought wine. It was a Tuesday night so there wasn't much music noise from the restaurant. I booked on their website and the cost was reasonable IMO. I'd stay again.

It was a decent/bad stay. Did not meet the expectations I had for the hotel
Pros:

What I like about the facility is the staff, they were always helpful and friendly , and also the location of the hotel.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel, first is the price, the maintenance of the building and the room, for the price I paid I would’ve expected something better., most of the rooms feel and smell stuffed, musty, humid and was really hard to breathe to the point where I had to bu a humidifier to put in the room during my stay. The bathroom or bathtub was really weird feeling like a damp hole underneath when you stand in the shower it makes noise like water. Then the food was a bit pricey and they didn’t have too many options on their menu honestly. And lastly I was a bit annoyed about the room key functionality. I had to get a different key every time I lock the door and try to open it, which was annoying even though the staff was always up to help.

Nada todo My experience at this hotel was terrible. Everything was very dirty, and the rooms were in a state of serious disrepair, with dampness and mold on the walls. The door mechanisms were faulty and often failed to open properly, which was very frustrating.

The view is practically the only redeeming feature, but it doesn't make up for the poor condition of the facilities. The photos they publish do not reflect the reality of the place. Even the elevator had issues.

I do not recommend it, especially for families with children, as the damp conditions and the hotel's state of disrepair seemed unacceptable to me. There is a world of difference between the photos they show and the actual experience of staying there.

Todo en general. Fue mejor de lo que esperaba.

Que solo 1 vez limpiaron mi habitación y no tuvieron en cuenta que tenía el desayuno incluido pero lo reclamé y no hubo ningún problema.
