Close to the Miami Port, beautiful view of the Bay
My room that was held for me at least a month in advance had special accomadations as we cannot do stairs and need a room that can be reached by elevator. We paid for a balcony room that overlooked the bay AND Pool based on the description and pictures online. We arrived and were told our building's elevator was broken and could only be accessed by stairs and that none of their rooms overlooked the pool. They said if we will wait until a little after 4pm check in, they had upgraded us at no extra charge to a Jr Suite that was in another building with a working elevator. That was Great! Never been upgraded before and my first time ever staying over nite in Miami Beach! The room was amazing but... it had a large jacuzzi bathtub that I could not WAIT to use it after traveling 12 hours. The jacuzzi did not work!! The room had a kitchen, but no utensils, no plates, no kind of anything in the room. 4 Towels and mini containers of shampoo and soap and some toilet paper. Never found 1 wash cloth. The bed was hard. The couch was hard. It had its pluses and minuses because we were not prepared for the room that we received. We loved it how much room it had AND had a washer and dryer and large walk in closet that was bigger than the bathroom, but it ended up being a bitter sweet upgrade. I have some room pics and balcony pics I will try and upload. The pool was very nice!!! The food was expensive in the restaurant, but everything in Miami is expensive. Read what I didn't like!
No one to help with luggage. You handle it yourself! What a pain trying to fit the luggage cart on the SMALL elevator! Not much parking at the front to check in. Interior was pretty but "dark"...not much light in the lobby. No security around the building watching over our cars OR the perimeter. People were allowed to GET IN the pool at 11pm and swim and party until 2am. You could hear them from inside our room on the 3rd floor. The dock by the hotel was used for Boat Excursions for other people, not hotel guests. People were parking and gatherin in the parking lot below our corner of our room/hotel and boarding this boat for a sunset cruise I assume. After finally getting to fall asleep, was awoken by another "party " apparantly going on in the room next to us..I thought. It sounded like they were partying on their balcony. See my pics of the balconies and how they all are able to be viewed by other guests. No privacy. I walked out on my balcony to ask them to please understand that people are trying to sleep, but the party was actually going on in the parking lot...3 floors down. Possibly people from that sunset cruise???? Not sure! Where was security. ??? I was awake all night long and not at my choice. I had been traveling in a car for 12 hours from near Charlotte, NC and getting on a ship the next morning...I was exhausted to start my vacation!!! So, I was not able to get any rest. This did not seem like a party type hotel for young people. It was a Beautiful town and hotel but no one checking to make sure that the rules of the hotel were being followed. I understand I am in Miami, but I paid a lot of money for a nice, peaceful, tranquil place and it was party central. Also, the party going on in the parking lot were a bunch of older men (maybe in their late 40's or 50's in a black limo with a bunch of young girls probably 18 to 20 years old. This was 3am on a Sunday nite going on Monday!

Rooms smelt moldy and the shower was like a water bed from what I assume is water build up under the tub
The staff only. Never had a stay like this even for a night. Sleeping in a tent would have been better. Sorry but nothing was good.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und komfortabel und befand sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
Die Baustelle war laut und die Klimaanlage genau so. Aber für den Preis okay. Und was mir nicht gefallen hat: Später wurden noch zwei Flaschen Wasser vom Konto abgebucht. Ich hatte gedacht, sie gehören dazu.😅😅😳
The pool , views from the room, Amazing sized of rooms, very comfortable beds, nice large mirror , great restaurant, great value for money. The staff that works there were amazing and so kind
The only thing I didn't like was that my card often didn't work to open my door , and I had to walk back to reception to get a new card almost every day. But the staff were so helpful

Le petit déjeuner qui n'en est pas un, c'est juste une collation. Il est incomplet et composé uniquement d'aliments sucrés. Obligé de choisir uniquement 2 sélections avec une proposition très limitée. Cela n'avait rien à voir avec un petit déjeuner continental comme annoncé sur booking. Petit déjeuner à revoir.
