The facility is a bit rough around the edges, with renovations in progress. It did not affect my comfort.

I didn't like that the air conditioner leaked and that the hair dryer was smoking

We were asked to leave because we had an extra kid with us. I explained to two different staff members why we were there and our plans was to celebrate my twins turning 14. We checked in a little after 6 pm and put out at 11:36 pm at night. We had to drive 30 minutes home. Change the room number policy. People do travel with their kids.

The facility is being renovated. Visually you can see areas taped off. There was a musty smell in the room. Wish the swimming pool hours were a little longer. We were kicked out by 9:30pm on the dot. The kids are up before 8:00am and ready for the pool but it doesn't open till 10:00am.

hotel is very rundown. Employees are not friendly

There was rarely someone at the front desk. The flooring in the halls looked like they needed to be cleaned. The room looked fine but the closer I looked at the floor, the shower, the air conditioner, all dirty.

The pictures they show are of the rooms after they remodeled; they are now dirty, and the hallway to said rooms are filthy. I had to get a pack n play for my toddlers to sleep in. There was a big convention in town and no other options otherwise I would’ve left. The lobby was newly renovated and clean but beyond that it was horrendous. Pictures of the actual location in my review. Walls and carpeting throughout the hotel were disgusting; everything was damaged and gross. Even the towels were dingy and not white.

O estado do hotel estava bem a quem do esperado. A porta do nosso banheiro não fechava, eu pedi um berço para minha filha de 10 meses e me falaram que o único berço do hotel estava quebrado. A Limpeza do quarto também deixou bastante a deixar.

I do see that they are doing renovations that will improve the overall look and feel. The only improvement I could see needed would be hallway carpeting.

Drapes had holes in them and the telephone cord was broken which made it difficult to contact the front desk. (The front desk was notified of these 2 things) The bathroom was cramped and the toilet blocked the vanity. The pool area was smaller than represented in the online picture and it was not an adult friendly area for relaxing. Guests with children took over the pool and hot tub area. There were only 2 luggage carts available to move things between our vehicle and the room. The larger luggage cart was often missing or being used when we needed to move heavy items (my mom's oxygen machine) to and from the room. There were no first floor rooms available due to construction. We were in a second floor room not too far from the elevator and stairs. It would have been difficult to evacuate my mom in an emergency.

Wished Pool opened earlier instead of 10am.
