Lovely staff, excellent hotel and room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great location for the BP pulse. Our room was much bigger than expected and the view was lovely. Very clean

Cons:

Didn’t have free breakfast included but was fine- still very happy with the stay

Great venue and a lovely room.
Pros:

Clean everywhere, the food is delicious, rooms are very comfortable. The staff were lovely. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great location and facility, would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

This hotel is great for easy access to the NEC and the motorway network. So handy if you just want to get in and out again. Also, the breakfast was amazing. Everything you want for a hotel breakfast, brilliant choice and fresh.

Cons:

My only gripe with our stay was other guests who didn’t have any consideration for others. Continuously slamming doors at 1-2am which kept us awake. Not at all the hotels fault, was just the only thing that put a slight dampener on our stay.

Great choice for Birmingham airport
Pros:

Don’t bed, good size rooms, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection! Parking on-site (for a fee). Handy for getting out on the road to travel on. Right by the events centre and choices of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel is lovely. Bit of a long walk from the airport and the taxi drivers not delighted to have to bring you only to the hotel as seems they cannot 2-3hrs for a fare and then have to rejoin the queue at the back - not the hotels fault!
