Breakfast service was poor
Pros:

Location to the nec

Cons:

Breakfast was poor , I had to ask several times to varous members of staff for the orange juice to refilled and after waiting for 10 minutes, I gave up. The fruit and cooked choice was lacking in choice due to it not being refilled.

Extremely good week just needs improvement for disabled clients
Pros:

Had a very spacious and comfortable room, extremely clean, staff were friendly for the most part and the ice machine right by my room was the cherry on top!

Cons:

The accessibility for getting in when using my wheelchair needs improvement! It says to call them and wait for them to let me in which can take about 20 mins!! It’s my only complaint honestly
If only they had a buzzer system or something instead

Because of them having to answer the door a lot to me they did seem to get quite fed up :(

Lovely hotel, would go again.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful inside, decent sized room. And a fridge! I think all hotel rooms should have a fridge as there’s never enough milk with the tea and coffee. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Shower over bath, bit dangerous as you get older. But water pressure was good and plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Fantastic hotel with great facilities lovely and clean with cheap parking is the reason i booked the hotel. Along with great staff and great location for NEC etc Great breakfast too i would highly recommended this hotel and will stay here again. 😀

Great hotel, very convenient for the NEC and work. Nice clean rooms. Staff also very friendly and efficient.

Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms

Cons:

Milk in room was uht also not enough milk pods, not enough tea but loads of coffee. I am allergic to coffee. I had to go to the front desk for more milk.
The price for food was expensive, panini, fries, 2 teas and one small wine
total £50 and a few pennies!
