Excellent hotel, ideal location
Pros:

Nice room, friendly staff, close the the venue we were attending (BP Pulse)
Good breakfast

Cons:

I object to paying for parking at a hotel I've paid £250 for one nights stay in the first place. Arrived and paid full price in the car park as it says to pay when you park. Was unaware it is cheaper (almost half price in my case) if you book in at reception first. This info should be better given to guests beforehand.

Very relaxing
Pros:

The room was lovely, really comfortable, nice temperature and calm. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and check in and out was seamless and stress free!

location was perfect for the concert and shopping. The room was lovely and spacious for the three of us, with everything we required.

Easy hotel for our cheerleading competition
Pros:

Location to the nec was Superb ! Lots of restauarants and bars in the shopping centre next door too

a good comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast right next to the venue we needed
Pros:

breakfast was fine buffet style and everything you need

Cons:

the postcode of the hotel takes you to the airport next door we made this mistake and received a fine of £120 for pssing through a car park we should not of gone in we did not stop or park just turned around it would be worth the hotel or booking.com to warn future customers
