A clean hotel with great breakfast, but major noise and comfort issues
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. some genuinely great aspects, but also several issues that affected comfort and sleep quality.

The Good
Amazing healthy breakfast, easily the highlight of the stay. Fresh, nutritious options and great variety.
Free minibar plus two complimentary bottles of water daily.
Extremely clean and hygienic throughout the room and common areas. Housekeeping standards are excellent.
USB charging ports in the room.

The Not‑So‑Good
The mattress was very uncomfortable.
Air conditioning only works in cool mode, so you can’t adjust it for comfort.
Bathroom fan wasn’t working, which made the bathroom feel humid after showers.
No microwave in the room, which would have been useful for longer stays.
Very small lift ,so I had to use the stairs most of the time.

Cons:

Noise & Sleep Issues
Internal doors slam shut loudly, which is disruptive at night.
Rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear conversations and movement from next door clearly.
One night, I couldn’t sleep at all because the neighbouring room had a party and the noise travelled straight through the walls.

Not bad, but will not return
Pros:

The hotel is located on the busy street and I initially missed the entrance, as you need to go inside the shopping arcade. The subway station is literally 10 metres away from the entrance.
The facilities are nice and are kept in a good condition. A free minibar was a wonderful surprise, same as a rooftop terrace. The staff was friendly and supportive.

Cons:

I fully understand that I booked the Economy room and there is nothing much to be expected, but I have to mention that I could hear a person coughing at the room next to me, not even mentioning the thunder-like sound of a flush.. Also, the elevator can barely fit three persons, and you need to wait to get up or down at the busy times.

Wegens de wegwerkzaamheden niet prettig en communicatie met receptie onprettig

Goede locatie

Cons:

Voor het hotel waren wegwerkzaamheden, het freezen van asfalt en opnieuw asfalteren. Het hotel had de gasten op de hoogte moeten stellen hiervan. Deze werkzaamheden veroorzaken extreem veen geluidsoverlast. Bij het melden bij de receptie werd hier niks mee gedaan

Le personnel à l'accueil a été d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exemplaires, très à l'écoute.
