لم يعجبني تعامل الموظفين بعنجهيه وعنصريه
رفض استعمال الشطاف للوضوء وتم تغريمي 500 فرنك بسبب استعمال الماء ف الحمام
الفندق بعد الساعه 6 مساء يخرج منه الموظفين ونسمع اصوات والتكييف يطفي ويشتغل من نفسه وضيقه اعتقد انه مسكوون
لايتم توفير ماء ف الغرف يقولون اشربو من ماء الحمام
لايتم التنظيف فقط ترتيب السرير وعدم تغيير مفارش السرير الارض قذره والحمام يخرج منه رئحة قذره
الافطار بيض وخبز وفواكه فقطط
قامو باخراجي من الفندق الساعه 7 مساء بسبب استعمالي الشطاف للوضوء ولم يقدرو اني ام لاطفال
يحاولون ياخذون غرامات بشتى الطرق لاانصح بهذا الفندق نهائي 👎🏻
Belvedere was a great experience. The room was spacious and we had a great balcony with view of the mountains. It was a 5 minute walk to downtown Grindelwald.
We had a complimentary ride to/from the train station.
The breakfast had something for everyone. A great start to a hiking day.
Had dinner twice and both times the meals were delicious.
Enjoyed the pools. The outdoor had jets that were relaxing after a long day of hiking.
The hotel views are magical. Everyone is super friendly. The breakfast is excellent. I would definitely stay there again :)
This is our favourite hotel in the world. Fabulous location. Family run. The staff and family are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile. The facilities and food very high quality. Highly recommended
A vista da janela do quarto ficará para sempre na minha memória. Um dos lugares mais lindos que já fui na vida. Café da manhã também com uma vista lindas para as montanhas e comida deliciosa.
Cama super confortável. Café da manhã incrível. Amenities das crianças muitos cheirosos. Funcionários do setor de reserva muito solícitos e gentis. O terraço do bar com uma vista linda. Welcome drink e goodbye gift de água, fruta e chocolates q são um mimo.
O espaço do banho era inadequado com um chuveiro tipo cascata para a banheira na lateral incomodando e reduzindo o espaço do banho. O meu quarto (116) tinha uma vista ruim para um piso na lateral do hotel. A varanda não era confortável para estar. As toalhas não foram trocadas em alguns dias. Precisei trocar de quarto, e a funcionária da recepção às 11:15 ligou me apressando de uma forma um pouco rude. O café da manhã era muito bom, mas a reposição dos itens que acabavam era muito lenta. Reservamos na recepção o restaurante do hotel para jantar e me arrependi. Primeiro, a reserva não constava na lista, mas nos receberam. No entanto, era caro, não era muito bom e ainda desorganizado. Muitas moscas, assim como todo lugar em Grindelwald no verão.

Please make the outdoor jacuzzi an adults (18 and over) only area. When I'm trying to be quiet and relax with other adults, I don't need kids treating it like a swimming pool.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it’s is one of the nicest and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in.
We paid extra for an Eiger view room and the views from our balcony were simply amazing! We asked for a higher floor and a quiet room and the hotel delivered on both of those things.
It was extremely hot during our stay but the air-con in the room was very good and efficient.
Little extra touches made this hotel very special, we got free gifts delivered to our room on certain nights such as free popcorn one night and some lovely chocolates another.
One night there was a meet the family evening where you were offered a free glass of wine and canapés by the family members who run the hotel - such a nice gesture.
The spa and outdoor hot tub were good and also a couple of nights there was entertainment.
We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel, bar service was a bit hit and miss as they always seemed very busy so we had to go and order at the bar ourself. The breakfast was just OK although maybe not as special as I would have hoped for.
The hotel is a short walk from the train station but only if you cross over the platforms and use the back entrance of the station. We didn’t know this when arriving, but the hotel sent a car fee of charge to come and pick us up from the station which again was a lovely touch.
Overall a very good experience with a short walk into Grindelwald centre and also to Grindelwald Terminal to catch the cable cars.

Great hotel that is close to the train station. I would say good for families, couples or solo. Nice family owned hotel vibe. I enjoyed the indoor outdoor spa. Would love if they did have a gym on site (they give you access off site). Great service!
Perfect location! LOVED the view with all the chalets and of course the Eiger Mtn! We were greeted with a glass of wine and enjoyed the musician in the beautiful outdoors! Room was nice, clean, and oh the view was spectacular! Staff was so friendly and helpful as well. I loved that we were right outside the hustle and bustle of the town. Walkable but more serene at this location!!!
