Close to the airport and suites us well for a one night stay. The restaurant downstairs was also great.
The carpet needed a good deep clean. I found there was lots of hair from previous guests on the floor which was a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. Just enough room/space for a short stay. Food at the restaurant was good. 8/10. Front desk personnel did excellent in checking us in and out.
No wash rags in the room. AC not working. Room was quite warm. Elevator's floor had unknown liquid spills and rubbish. Staff at the restaurant were okay/good aura but could use extra training on guiding visitors. We got moved 3 different times from our sitting area. Front desk personell did excellent in checking us in and out.

Rooms were tiny and felt oppressive. Our bed sheet didn’t fit the bed. Dated decor.

Next to an immigrant hotel, felt very basic.
Not far from Heathrow airport which was good, staff were helpful. Bathroom was nice and modern, seemed it was recently updated.
Room is certainly quite small, not too much room to move. Also think some extra lighting would be beneficial. In addition, some better placed plug sockets would also be good as there were none near the bed.
