Handy location
Pros:

The reception is beautiful and we were greeted by the nicest man on reception. There were toys that kept the kids entertained. We unfortunately found the pillows ridiculously uncomfortable. They were soft and lumpy. We asked for more but the replacements were the same. They didn’t seem good quality at all. The bed was very firm and I found it quite uncomfortable. We’d just stayed at a Premier Inn and found it far more comfortable, which we didn’t expect! We also were there during a heatwave and the air con in our room struggled. It was so hot. The windows only opened a crack. They gave us fans on our last night but we really expected more of this hotel when we were paying that much.

The location was good though - handy to lots of things and right next to a supermarket as well.

Cons:

Lumpy pillows, hard bed, air con not efficient.

Generally good, but shame about the breakfast.
Pros:

Spacious superior room. In the town centre. Convenient parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, to be kind.

It would be good if you could use plate warmers. Putting a cooked breakfast onto cold plates meant that food went cold very quickly.

Fruit juices were only diluted squash.
