The Horizon Deck Restaurant and Champagne Bar are open annually from April to the end of September or mid-October for breakfast and dinner. From October to April it offers breakfast every day and the dinner service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Exceptional 👍
Pros:

Check-in and check-out were smooth. Receptionists Dario and Santiago are the best at their job. The housekeeping staff were also fast, professional, and always on time.

Cons:

Il bagno era rotto, in particolare la doccia che buttava di residui neri nella vasca all’apertura dell’acqua e il WC che era rotto. Avevo chiamato più volte la reception per segnalare il problema e mandare qualcuno, ma no è stato utile .

Good, friendly, attentive staff just didn’t feel 5 star or match the price paid
Pros:

Setting for breakfast lovely, although needed air conditioning if I was going to properly enjoy. Bell/car staff and pool staff/lifeguards/bar were excellent and really made our little family welcome. They were so attentive. Service excellent.

Cons:

Air conditioning at breakfast. More variety at breakfast. They had a lot of items repeated around the room. Same every day. Bit unremarkable and crazy hot.

Family pool feels like an afterthought.

Drinks extortionate - 18euros for an orange juice. 11euros for water

Hotel is tired - corridors need repaint

Family pool shower below standard. Ugly towel delivery crate stored next to the female bathroom so everytime you open the door it crashes into it and also looks poor.
