Please note that Nikki Beach is open from April to the end of September or mid-October. The Horizon Deck Restaurant and Champagne Bar are open annually from April to the end of September or mid-October for breakfast and dinner. From October to April it offers breakfast every day and the dinner service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Sono stati diverse volte presso Fairmont, sempre tutto bene, ma stavolta proprio no!

Cons:

Gli scarichi del bagno hanno espulso acqua e di tutto, bagno allagato e vi risparmio il resto! Chiamato inservienti arrivati dopo 30 minuti! Poi mi ha cambiato camera! Visto il forte disagio mi auspicavo almeno delle scuse e un minimo sconto! Niente di niente! Brutta esperienza

La posizione e la vista meravigliosi. personale molto gentile. Vasta scelta nei ristoranti. Ma non ne vale il prezzo.

Cons:

Una richiesta fatta molteplici volte di trovare un aperitivo di benvenuto (10 anni di matrimonio) con prosecco e qualcosa da mangiare è andata inevasa: ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino rosè. La reception si è scusata dicendoci che non ci facevano pagare quanto consumato nel frigo (tre prodotti) per accompagnare il vino. Ma al check out ho dovuto discuterci perchè mi hanno presentato il conto anche per i tre prodotti del frigo. Il balcone vista mare oltre a non essere privato ma condiviso con altre camere (noi avevamo la Deluxe King)ha tutto il pavimento dissestato (vedi foto) nelle mattonelle, inoltre è molto sporco perchè i gabbiani lo riempiono di escrementi. Non godono di manutenzione anche i ristoranti nelle zone esterne. Una camera nel nostro corridoio ha messo fuori la colazione la mattina ma piatti e cibo avanzato sono stati portati via a tarda notte. All'uscita le nostre valige erano finite nel parcheggio sotterraneo, mentre la macchina era già fuori dall'Hotel con noi in attesa. Il personale come gentilissimo e accogliente. La posizione ottima. Ma Molto meglio quando era il Loews (c'ero già stata). Sembra un divo di Hollywood al tramonto della sua prestigiosa carriera.
