Good value for money
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Our flight was severely delayed getting into Dublin 5plus hrs. I kept in touch with them via email and reassured me they were still happy for me to check in late.
The rooms were well stocked with stuff to make hot drinks with and enough water.
Bus stops were just outside so very handy.
The b/fast, mu girls enjoyed a lot. There was enough variety and it was made well.
You could also order pizza at odd hrs until 5 a.m. which is a service we also utilised. Thought it was rather pricey tho at €18 for a 12 " but my girls loved it.

Cons:

I felt the rooms could be cleaner. Quite dusty. Didn't notice on 1st day as was nearly midnight and we just wanted to sleep. Next day, saw a lot of dust on surfaces and the windows were the worst. Looked untouched for a while, with bird poo on the outside which messed with the view of the sea as deliberately picked this room to enjoy that.

Prijzig met een slechte service
Cons:

De kamer was erg stoffig en door de drie-personen voorziening niet erg ruim.
Door niet goed reinigen van de eetzaal zat er een grote koffievlek in een broek van ons. Er werd geen passende oplossing geboden of iets gecompenseerd. Zeer teleurstellend!

Pros:

The staff were excellent - friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Maybe these are too American, but we can't be the only Americans who stay with you.

1. The single, extremely thick blanket on the bed was too warm! My wife loved it; I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Multiple thinner layers would have been much better for me and, I would guess, for some others. Unfortunately, it seems to be an industry standard in the US and Europe.

2. It would be nice to have a workout center. This is very American, and maybe not part of the Malldron business model, but I would have used it.

3. A luggage rack (or two) on which to open a suitcase at hip or waist level would have been very helpful.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr ungepflegt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ebenfalls grenzwertig.
