Staff were under pressure due to the weekend concert and possibly not enough room cleaning staff to turn rooms around in time.
Room not ready at 5pm and waiting to get ready for concert.
Expensive at room only for 300€ for 1 night.
La chambre familiale très spacieuse, literie parfaite, frigo dans la chambre, les salons du hall de l’hôtel très cosy. L’accueil très agréable. Bref tout était parfait ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel très bien.

Didn’t get our room until 5pm (check in was at 3:30) - which made my family late to the concert we were going to. A couple beside us said they had the same issue last time they stayed, loads of people were waiting for rooms in the lobby. Also, housekeeping came into our room the next morning at 9:57am (check out was 12). Emailed to complain and didn’t receive a response.
Good breakfast. Evening meals were also very good though portions were a bit too large for us. Great lighting in the bedroom. Great location for leaving the car and using our bus passes to travel into the city centre.
Location is great and team.
It happened for at least 2 days that further my parents requests to make up the rooms, nothing was done until late afternoon. Moreover in more than one occasion they found their bed throw folded on the floor under their own bed. Of course due to language barrier they couldn’t get through the staff as well to inform them but they didn’t feel the same attentiveness to the guests was given like the previous times they stayed.
