I liked the room, the carpets on the floor looked to be dirty and needs to be replaced
The dirty carpets on the floor and the food provided for breakfast was not up-to my expectations
Breakfast was horrible, packaged donuts , pre cooked microwave eggs and bagels.

I DIDNT LIKE THAT WHILE I WAS CHECKING IN, AS THE CLERK WAS CHARGING MY CARD. ANOTHER CUSTOMER STORMED THE DESK TO EXPRESS HER ROOM SMELLED LIKE URINE. I FINALLY GOT TO MY ROOM WITH MY TEEN SON, SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE ROOM SMELLS OF MILDEW AND URINE. IT WAS HORRIBLE. STAINS IN FURNITURE.

This hotel was entirely unacceptable, severely unclean, and terribly managed. From the moment you walk in, it is abundantly clear you should avoid touching anything. The hallway carpets are completely covered in filth. The atmosphere feels less like an airport hotel and more like a long-term residence for transients. The hallways and my supposedly non-smoking room reeked overwhelmingly of weed and cigarettes. The room itself appeared somewhat intact, yet the floors were actively sticky. Their communication is also nonexistent. They ignored all my messages, making it impossible to plan an early check-in or figure out the airport shuttle. I had to pay $20 for a ride to the hotel because of their silence. The next morning, the shuttle schedule was so inconvenient that I had to pay for another Uber. The property is basically across the street from the airport, yet it is completely unwalkable. Factoring in the unexpected ride costs, it would have been better to just stay in the city. Had I not been rushing to an event and only staying for a single night, I would have checked out immediately. I will absolutely never stay here again. I truly hope this establishment goes out of business.
I never got to stay here. They asked for the deposit, but didn’t ask for it at the time that I was paying. I want a refund. I came out here for nothing looking to stay overnight and desk receptionist was rude
I didn’t like why they didn’t ask me for the hundred dollars deposit during the time of transaction instead they wait till I get in here and ask me now I have nowhere to stay. I want my refund.
I loved the person at reception treating us exceptionally well & helping us with transit from Airport. The room was good for the price with breakfast included. They had a wide range of options like cereal, bagels, pancakes omelette, milk, yogurt, juices. For the price of room & services given, deserves much more better rating than shown

The beds were so incredibly comfortable, clean sheets, extra bath towels, rooms were clean and smell free and the bathroom was immaculate. Excellent stay!

Llegamos a las 9:30pm salíamos con mucha cortesía le ofrecí mis documentos
Le mostré la reserva y respondió con tono desgradable eso no lo necesito
A la hora de salir bajamos 28 minutos exacto antes de las 10 am para el desayuno y un señor no respondió ni el saludo retiró todos los comestibles sin importar que estábamos ahí tratando de comer algo mi hijos y otros huéspedes salimos y entregamos la llave
No responden saludos son descortés no tienen amabilidad
El hotel es bueno por aire camas higiene pero lo demás no vale

Olor a humedad y sucio , el elevador tenía muy mal olor , muchas personas se estaban quejando del mal olor en las habitaciones
