Very outdated, wouldn't pay the price listed.
Pros:

The location was really good for The Great Escape Festival and the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The room was very very expensive for what it was worth. The curtains had a bit of mold growing and the mattress was completely sunk. I didn't have time to mention this to staff as I was there for work and didn't have the time to do this. The hotel needs a really in depth refurbishment. The wall had loads of indents, it looked very very old and outdated. The heating also didn't work and they had to give us a portable heater. Overall very expensive for that week and not really worth the value at all.

Pros:

Cons:

The room we were given was very poor Wallpaper peeling off the walls bad stains on another wall. Windows blown full of damp. I had to complain to get another room.

A seafront hotel right next to the i360 and the remains of the West Pier. 20 minute walk to the town
Pros:

The breakfast concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and you tend to eat more as you pay £14 for it
The lobby area was nice and modern, the lift was fast and new, on site underground car parking (make sure you are a IHG member to get a discount, it's worth it and get there just before 4pm as space is limited)

Cons:

Bedroom lighting was sparse. One entrance ceiling light, two bed side lights, didn't really light up the room much.
Hotels need to stop using those little plastic milk cartons. There's never enough milk in one serving, you end up using two, so more plastic waste and you end up asking for more from reception. (not exactly a hotel issue I know)
Breakfast area also seems small for the size of hotel, huge open plan lobby but wasting space.

Pros:

Can't complain, the room was better than expected ( family room ) and came with a complimentary mini bar. Assume this was due to it being a premium room, nonetheless, nice touch.

Room was clean and comfortable and exceptional value.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a sea view room, which was spacious and had a great view and clean facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Didn't experience any noise from within the hotel and not much from outside, which was strange as on the front to the main drag in Brighton.
Parking was secure and easy, great location and the breakfast was fine. Staff friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

It was a very hot day and I think the aircon had a fault, so the room was a little hot, but I did not get a chance to report it and feel the staff would of acted if I had done so.

Great value, amazing location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great, we got a fantastic rate so didn't expect much, but we had a sea view from our room at the side of the hotel and it was spacious, comfy and clean. Very friendly staff and amazing location.

Cons:

Nothing except the parking is underground so we couldn't use it (we have a van). We booked elsewhere in advance so it wasn't a problem, but worth knowing!
