Pros:

On the seafront by the i360 and about 15 mins walk to the pier

Cons:

Carpark ess terrible (got a few dents on the car doors) as all the spaces were extremely tight. Also, air-conditioning was not working - we did get a text to say it wasn't working & we're invited to cancel if we wanted BUT THIS WAS SENT THE NORNING AFTER OUR STAY SO PRETTY USELESS BY THEN.

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff and room was lovely and clean.

Cons:

We were made aware before arriving that the air con wasn't working, but the fan provided could not be felt more than a foot away on maximum speed. I also couldn't understand why one socket would not work unless the light was on, very strange set up and another stated we could only use for phone charging.

Staff were friendly & the location was great.

Cons:

The outside space was very dirty, tables needed cleaning, overflowing ashtrays, old drinks left on tables for hours. We had a meal in the restaurant that was very disappointing, starter came out same time as our meals, my partners food was cold & some of my meal was burnt. Told the waiter who was apologetic but we were offered no compensation. On this we would not stay there again.

Fair enough
Pros:

It was just a normal experience, there was nothing spectacular to look forward to another time

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable, maybe it’s the room I was but it was very bad. I understand they already informed guests that their air conditioning is not functioning now but they gave me a room without fan and it took up to 4 hours before they could get a fan to us. I called and had to go to reception again.
