Pros:

The staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was exactly what we wanted, from helping with rooms to booking taxis.

Room was not cleaned had to change rooms to start room was looking really tired wallpaper lifting off walls in places .nets marked and dirt

Lovely stay in hotel in great location, view of the sea and very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. Great view of the sea, great breakfast with lots to choose from and vegetarian sausages very much appreciated. I forgot my phone, staff member ran after me to give me my phone which saved me from a lot of trouble. Check in staff, cleaners and breakfast room staff very friendly and helpful

Housekeeping is really poor. When we took over the rooms, there were I cleaned towels tucked on top of the wardrobe. Tissue supply was also not being replaced despite efforts in putting empty depleted box on the bathroom table top.

My stay was not nice due to issues with the room.
Pros:

Staff amazing, food areas and bar ok although all table were very sticky, good selection of food communal areas very clean, late check-out and great location.

Cons:

The hotel had no heating or cooling system which should have been stated prior to or at the time of booking. The door frame of the room looked like it had been kicked in as it was coming away from the main wall. The bathroom was tiny not much space between the toilet seat and the bathroom door. First set of pillows were dirty.

Bathroom was clean and bed was made. Room was generally clean. Location is great. Parking available and there were space so no problem there, but is an extra charge.

Cons:

The hotel's automatic doors were jammed for the two days we were there and had to be pushed/dragged manually to come in and out. The check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 12, so a bit tough to manage and wastes the day, especially with tired kids. We knew this when booking, but it is emblematic of the general shoddiness of the UK hotel experience. There is also no minibar, or little things like fresh soap or slippers. The bathroom had giant soap dispensers that were clogged. room sofa was old and had stains. Wall had stains/patched over cracks. Staff was quite snippy when asked if there was a possibility that the room would be ready an hour early. It felt like they were doing us a favour by hosting us.

A very pleasant stay, at short notice, at a very competitive price.
Pros:

Breakfast cooked selection was excellent, except for fried eggs over cooked, or missing. Omelettes were very good.
The price we paid for our 2 nights was actually cheaper than we were quoted. We were also given a free drinks voucher as we arrived a few minutes early for room.
All staff, bar, reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Couldn't fault our stay at all really.
