Short and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Great location, part of reason for booking. Air conditioning wasn’t working - was emailed 48 hours before by which time there was no alternative (weekend was the Nick Cave gig and Pride). Was declined any compensation despite paying £190 for the room for one night. Very poor customer service, I felt.

Cons:

No air conditioning during the hottest summer for 50 years and no gesture of compensation.

Ok because of location and ability to drop bags off. Uncomfortable nights sleep because of the lack of air conditioning.

Cons:

Their was no working air conditioning whilst we were there, during a heatwave. There was a water tap in the reception that was always empty and rarely refilled for use.

They might want to consider using a different taxi for the freephone. Booked 2 taxis and both got cancelled without anyone notifying us.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very nice - it actually was complementary because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Food was fresh, well prepared and delish! Also I loved that we could leave our bag before check in and after we checked out. Staff on the reception was very responsive and always ready to help.

Cons:

Because the air condition wasn’t working, it was a bit hot in our room but we had a fan in the room instead which really helped.

La bellissima Brighton!
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel sul lungomare con vista meravigliosa ! Il balcone molto grande di affacciava direttamente sulla passeggiata.Camera spaziosa anche per tre persone.Grandiosa la possibilità di parcheggiare in un garage privato, visto che a Brighton non è semplice
parcheggiare l' auto. Colazione varia e completa di tutto

Excellent location and breakfast

Cons:

We visited during July 7-8th and it was extremely hot outside. We got message that maybe air conditioning won't work but realised on the day of stay that AC not working in the whole hotel. Ond table fan was provided but not working well. When called reception to request another fan, we were told that they don't have any extra and to adjust.
We had booked 2 rooms for 450 pounds and wanted a good experience. We didnt sleep at all overnight.. it was a really distressing experience...

Great location, good size room and friendly staff

Cons:

Aircon was being refurbished in the middle of summer and there was no fan in our room, had to ask more than once for it and one eventually arrived on our second day

Lovely place. Stayed twice now.

Very central position to all that was needed. Seafront, bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The air con wasn’t working of which we were forewarned in advance. The room was super hot. Didn’t get a lot of sleep.

Great location poor service as air con broken with 2 days notice
Pros:

Staff and free brekkie and location

Cons:

The air con was not working and they gave us notice by 2 days by this point it was too late to change. We already paid £245 for room which was higher than normal and because it was pride weekend we could not find alternative. They gave a fan in the room but it was unbearable. They did give us free breakfast but I felt they could have done more
