Great location hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. And parking is just next door. Great for a one night stop

Cons:

It not that we didn't like it but it was so busy. The place is so big that the rooms are quite a distance from reception

Location was great for what we needed, Room was fantastic. Staff were lovely Bar Manager was very nice she was very helpful with a smile after a long day.

Good clean hotel with a lovely village within walking distance.
Pros:

Food was excellent - Bar was brilliant with music - would have loved a shuffle bus option to the red cow Luas line the bus was longer than expected to get into the city.

Cons:

No mention of the upfront €100 deposit on check in. Make the customer feel hard done by like they are sensing some trouble from the person checking in. Not advertised nowhere when booking or on the website and still waiting to receive the money back 3 days later. Room have no air con and couldn't have the window open in the room due to noisy fan units outside on the roof.

Leaving early was nice

Cons:

Towels were damp, bathroom light flickering was awful we had to use the bathroom in the dark. Hotel took a £100 bond off our debit card. It was very noisy and just was not nice. Never again
