J'ai du m adressé à la réception pour changer les serviettes, ensuite j ai demander à une femme de service très sympathique si elle pouvait nous refaire le lit dont les draps n avaient pas été changés depuis deux jours ainsi que les serviettes qui restent humides après utilisation. Nous avons payés pour 3 nuits 399 € + 33 € de parking pour ces 3 nuits ce qui revient à une chambre à 144 € la nuit. Je trouve que c'est exagéré.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

Cons:

Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks könnten deutlich besser sein.
Die Brötchen waren sehr lapprig, das Rührei war vermutlich aus Eiersatz, sehr natürliche Farbe und einen eigenartigen Geschmack.
Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern sollte erneuert werden.

Alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Duschtür war problematisch. Man konnte nicht duschen, ohne die Tür richtig zu schließen. Beim Hereingehen in die Dusche kam man nicht richtig hinein, weil die Armatur so unglücklich angebracht war, dass sich die Tür nicht korrekt schließen ließ.

Nettes kleines bezahlbares Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Wunsch zur Lage des Zimmers wurde auch berücksichtigt. Für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, mir hat nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück hat mich extrem positiv überrascht- wer hier nichts findet ist selbst schuld .

Genial ubicación
Pros:

Fenomenal la ubicación para conocer Speyer. Hotel muy cómodo y limpio. El parking por 11€ me parece bien.
