Nice accommodations for one night stay on the way to California from Reno Nevada
Paying $45 parking fee for one night stay. I won't stay here again; I'll pay closer attention to the parking fees when booking online in the future
location great view
had to pay for parking:(
I really like this hotel. It's in a great location and it's quiet. There are two issues I have. It's really dated. I know its right by the water and probably the sea air doesn't help, but it could use a full on refurbish. For instance, the room felt clean and had some upgrades, bed was super comfy, but the bathroom grout by the sink was disgusting. Moldy and just not attractive. The outside of the buildings, where the rooms are located, looks drab and need repair. The doors on the outside buildings-old, all in all, it needs attention. It's such a fantastic property, why not fix it up?
The $40 self parking fee. Little bit excessive.
Location was great and beds were so comfortable
Very tired/dated appearance, lots of maintenance required. We booked 5 rooms for 5 nights and had to pay for parking for 2 cars for the duration…. It felt like an extortionate amount
Insgesamt tolle Anlage.
Location - harbor and hotel restaurant are lovely; the pool and sauna were awesome!
Parking fee and restaurant menu are too costly. While the room is priced as a great deal, it appears they make up for it with the parking fee and restaurant menu (2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 cokes for $70!).
The rooms were clean the room services and cafe services were amazing welcoming and friendly
I did not like the extra charges on the so called gift items . First time staying in Hilton as Hilton owner member I have to pay for tea and Nescafé in my room
We love going to this hotel as it’s like a little retreat from the hustle and bustle of town.
The rooms are always very clean. However, the pool area with the hot tub, bathrooms, and workout space really need more deep and regular cleaning throughout the day.
Its a resort in name only. Except for a very helpful and friendly Manager there is nothing worthy to talk about.
For a 2 week stay we had to ask for room to be cleaned at least 4 times. When you ask you get patronized and insulted.
They charged $2 for a small bottle of water.
Rooms are small.
Twice waited in the restaurant for a drink and left after 20 minutes without being serviced.
Had breakfast once and it was subpar quality and size overpriced. Started to take Uber daily to downtown Berkley and found way better breakfast options.
Really cannot think of anything good about this place after two weeks except one manager who is really too professional for this place. Oh, the room coffee was good.
Room service is sporadic and you have to beg for it. The Pool and spa area is unmonitored with kids jumping and splashing making it a most unromatic place. They charge through the nose for basic services.
The lounge is small and cramped if there is a game on. Overall there is better service at BART train station than in this hotel. And BART station has only machines, no service.
