I liked the quiet, peaceful waterside atmosphere and pleasing architecture. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Room was run down (water damage and warping around fridge, musty smell). Disabled parking led to a door that was not disabled accessible. I had to either get someone to open the heavy door for me or wheel my chair all the way around through the parking lot to the front of the building. Note that parking is also charged at $45 per night. The location is peaceful, but not easy access for public transport.
Beautiful and quiet surroundings
Parking costs $50
Location
The restaurant on site was over priced and the food was not good. I had to send my glass and fork back because it was dirty.
No breakfast- location is very convenient and beautiful setting a bit out from the city- great view to the city & Water all around the Hotel
All was pleasant - the staff in reception was so incredible polite! Good training on handling the public.

Nice location, friendly staff, comfortable community
Pricey, underwhelming , dated
Clean, except for the bldg. #2 elevator had bad smell. Excellent security especially parking required badge access. The Boathouse restaurant was extremely clean and the view was great.
Smells in the bldg. 2 elevator.
Location was good! Bed was comfy and Restaurant at this location on site.
$45 to park per night. I got the first room 1115 and it wasn’t cleaned as there were stains on dresser from last stay and toilet was dirty. 2nd room 1215 there were no garbage bags in the garbage canisters. This place had so much potential; however they need better cleaning or you need to bring your cleaning supplies as the cleanliness is questionable.
Everything was great! The room was nice and clean, the staff we very friendly, and it had everything we needed.
My only complaint would be accessibility to Berkeley. It's not a short walk. You either have to uber or walk about 8 minutes to the bus stop.
Also the rooms were not soundproofed at all. I heard conversions next door.

The location was epic. On the water with tons of docks to enjoy boat watching. I definitely recommend paying for the included breakfast, the boat house restaurant was delicious.
Parking was $42/night for self park and $45/night for valet. There is street parking which can fill up fast, but since I was unaware of it before check in I parked in the hotel lot every night. Also was concerned about security if I had parked on the street.
Nice outlook from restaurant.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows. Worst I’ve experienced at a hotel before. The air conditioning unit was horribly loud like a freight train in the bedroom. Made for a very poor nights sleep.
Swimming pool.
They charge overnight guests more for parking then day visitors. So if you stay in the hotel, you actually pay more. You can use free wifi only if you become Hilton loyalty member and they even charge you 3$ per water. Prices in lobby for food and drinks are ridiculously expensive. I rarely leave bad comments, but I definitely feel it is overpriced.
