Lovely hotel overall, but be aware of additional parking charges
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable
Facilities were excellent - we liked the pool and gym
Room overlooked the marina and was lovely
The hotel surroundings were beautiful.

Cons:

Additional cost of 45USD for parking is outrageous
The aircon unit in our room sounded like a hurricane and kept us awake and definitely needs looking at.

I booked a room with balcony and gave me one on first floor. Took an hour and a half to book in so missed half of my concert.

Pros:

Good range of facilities and food in the restaurant was excellent.
The pool was really good for the children and a decent size.

Cons:

Our rooms was a long way from reception and the restaurant. There was a noisy motor running intermittently outside our room which even earplugs didn’t block out and people were chatting loudly in the corridors at all hours.
You are a drive away from the entertainment and food spots.
The parking was $45 a night!!

It was in a good area. The building could use some remodeling.
Pros:

It was conveniently located. The staff were mostly great.

Cons:

There was a turd or snake curled up in the corner of one of the hallways. I called in the evening about it and it was still there in the morning. It finally was gone in the afternoon when we returned. A huge gross stain in our room on the rug.
