Pros:

This place was conveniently located and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were excellent. We took advantage of the restaurant and everything was exceptionally great.

זאת לא הפעם הראשונה שלנו במלון. המיקום מנצח, 5 דקות מהרכבת
ומהעיר העתיקה. צוות מצוין. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומאוד השתפרה מאז שהיינו בפעם האחרונה. החדרים נקיים.

Pros:

A truly amazing hotel, super clean, very chic design. Location could literally not be any better. A few seconds from the famous bridge. Also, the temperature in the room was ideal given that I visited during summer. It almost made me feel not want to leave the room! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I visited Lucern again.

Will definitely be back, but that mini-bar situation needs sorting out.
Pros:

Lovely hotel but a bit pricey. Have nevertheless booked to go back again next week. Staff delightful.

Cons:

City location (main road etc) would not have been my first choice, but easy to get to and good underground parking with direct access to lobby.
Main gripe: fridge / minibar in room, but empty 😡. Was dying of dehydration when arrived late night in middle of massive heatwave - only tap water available to drink. No idea why, but this seems to be a common failing in Lucerne hotels of no what matter what category. Management should sort it, though.

Room lighting issues
Pros:

Unfortunately there was a fault in that the cupboard light didn't go of when the door closed over which it didn't do fully and this left light in the room at night which affected our sleep quality

Convenient location.
Pros:

At CHF 300 per night you expect more than a tiny room with a narrow bed even if you booked a single room.

Cons:

No breakfast available before 7am. I had a train departure at 7am and no opportunity to even get a coffee before departure.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location in Lucerne. The staff were wonderful to work with. The room was on the small side, bed was comfortable, but felt hot in the room. The A/C didn’t work for us. The breakfast was delicious but expensive. Nice lobby and water bottle fill station.

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel in Lucerne!
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable modern hotel just a few seconds away from Chapel Bridge and just a short walk to the train station and docks on the lake! The staff were very helpful assisting us with making reservations for the cogwheel up to Mt Pilatus and planning the timing of that together with the gorgeous boat ride over to there. They also have a lovely breakfast with lots of healthy food options. We would definitely stay there again!
