I enjoyed the stay and the bed was moderately comfortable and breakfast was moderately sustainable
Pros:

Location, free parking and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

I travel every week for work and what matters most is how comfortable the stay is, two more pillows for each bed, a larger tv would be good and you need better food for breakfast. There were days when there was only scrambled eggs finger food or make your waffles. I’ve never been to a hotel that had that, so you should have bacon and corn beef hash and omelettes consistently and what you’ll find will be loyal customers. So a couple more pillows on the beds and breakfast isn’t like we’re serving time, in fact people may get better meals in jail. Remember we’re PAYING for this!

The location and price was great but the amenities were not as great.
Cons:

The pool wasn’t open, staff didn’t notify me when I spoke with them about this location as I was looking for a hotel with a pool for my kids.

Convenient location off the highway

Cons:

Unable to accommodate our needs. We booked because crib was available for my baby, and we booked a double bed room. Upon check in we were told crib was not available and we were given a single bed room only. My husband had to sleep on the chair so that my baby had somewhere to sleep. The hotel did nothing to help us out.

Smelled disgusting!

The location was good

Cons:

The room had an awful smell, right upon entering you get hit with a strong stench which smells like a bunch of raw meat was left out in the open for days or weeks on end. It was absolutely disgusting, I don’t understand how they can assign such a room to people and when we asked to switch rooms the employee said he believes us and immediately switched us out, leading me to believe that the staff is aware of the conditions of the room yet still let it get assigned for people to stay at.

A good overnight stay with a diner next door.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Newly renovated and not fully complete but did not interfere with the stay. 2 minor concerns…only one waste basket and the faucet needs to be fixed.

It was not good at all
Pros:

Nothing about this property was good.

Cons:

No a/c in the room, elevator was not working,location was hard to find, requested 1st floor room, got 5th floor, again, no elevator, bathroom wall was stained, no area for pets to use.

Great extended stay!
Pros:

I had an extended stay at this hotel. Everyone has just befriendly friendly kind and helpful!! Call out to the people at the front desk - I dealt most directly with Genesys (sp), Antoinette, and David who are always great. Housekeeping is so diligent and keeps on top of things. And last but not least, Steve is so helpful with the continental breakfast.
