Relativamente aceptable, el lugar está en mantenimiento constante, tanto que parece que nunca van a terminar.

Cons:

He hecho varias reservaciones en este lugar, en ciertas ocasiones me han cobrado depósito, los cuales parecen no retornar al final de la estancia, no se como lo manejan, pero prefiero buscar otro lugar a causa de esto…

Easy to find. Comfortable room. Staff was nice.

Cons:

My wife walks with a cane. Having to climb stairs to get to the elevator or take the service elevator weren't really what we were expecting.

Worst birthday ever due to this hotel
Pros:

Nothing! They cancelled my reservation! Ruining my birthday

Cons:

They canceled my reservation before I got there- a day before my birthday ruining my entire trip! I had to end my birthday plans early thanks to this hotel! They claimed the tried to charge my card when I clearly selected pay at property . Why would you charge my locked card without any notice then cancel without any notice! Then the customer service wasn’t helpful at all . This was the worst birthday ever due to this hotel ! I do not recommended !
