もう来ないかな
Pros:

部屋に虫が出て、電話をしてすぐ対処しにきてくれました。朝出る予定でしたが、部屋を交換していただきました。

Cons:

一匹ではなく複数匹、黒い虫が部屋にいて怖かったです。謝罪も軽く、お詫びで朝食券渡して終わり。みたいな対応だったので残念です。

Pros:

喫煙から禁煙へ部屋を変えてもらったが、スムーズに変更してくれた。

Cons:

喫煙フロアは通路までとても臭く、部屋の中も酷い臭いだった。禁煙の部屋は清潔度も含めて普通。価格が安いからか、夜間廊下で大声で話す親子連れや男性がいて、マナーが悪い客層も目立った。朝食は温かいのはオムレツだけで、あとはぬるい。納豆がない。残念。

コスパ最強
Pros:

コスパが最高で朝食も他社と比べて種類豊富だと個人的な経験で判った。

Cons:

せっかくコスパ良いのに、二重に宿泊料金を取られそうになった。しかし、フロントに不手際があったと帰宅時にしっかり客に伝え対応してくれました。
