Piscina carina, belle camere, poca attenzione nella pulizia delle superfici e all'igiene del buffet
Pros:

Piscina elegante di dimensioni e temperature adeguate, peccato la cascata non funzionasse, con conseguente acqua stagnante con qualche piccolo detrito galleggiante. Lettini eleganti e puliti, ben distribuiti lungo il bordo piscina, con scelta tra ombra e sole pieno. Comodo bar adiacente alla piscina. Personale alla reception freddo ma professionale. Camera grande e lenzuola e cuscini puliti. Ottima posizione adiacente al centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla funicolare.

Cons:

Il personale (esclusi receptionist e baristi) non saluta e non risponde al saluto. Qualsiasi superficie dal tavolo da colazione, al comodino, al ripiano del bagno presenta aloni e residui di macchie, qualche capello in giro anche sulle porte (ma il letto e i cuscini erano molto puliti. Colazione molto varia ma di qualità molto deludente (brioche e pane raffermi) mancano spesso accessori per maneggiare il cibo in maniera igienica, tazze da caffè pulite e usate molto vicine tra loro, ecc.

Albergo molto curato, staff gentilissimo

Cons:

La colazione non è affatto all'altezza dell'albergo. La sala colazione sembrava quasi una mensa, in netto contrasto con il resto dell'albergo, il burro si era sciolto, alle 08:30 mancavano già alcuni prodotti.... insomma, visto l'albergo mi aspettavo qualche attenzione in più.

Nette Lage, kein gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge nach Florenz und Pisa. Mit einem kleinen Zug gehts hinauf zur Altstadt, was für Kinder ein Erlebnis ist.
Es war sauber und es ist modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Indoorpool ist extra zu bezahlen und war leider kaputt. Das Frühstück war nicht gut.

Posizione, arredamento moderno stanza e molto spaziosa, letto molto comodo, gentilezza e competenza personale reception, possibilità di parcheggio a 5 euro per tutto il giorno in tutta la città nelle zone a pagamento e ZTL

Cons:

Mi aspettavo una colazione più abbondante rispetto a torte e dolci freschi, con maggiore scelta anche di tipi di pane e tisane e yogurt freschi, non confezionati. Non presente la colazione senza glutine.
