Schönes Hotel mitten in Mannheim
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasserturm und zur Kunsthalle. ÖPNV ist gut zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatten wir ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es ist ein 20er-Jahre Bau der geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Zimmer sind bequem und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht ganz überzeugend funktioniert. Zum Glück war es nicht mehr ganz so heiß und wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Trasigt fönster i rummet som ej gick att stänga.
Toaletten orkade inte spola bort innehåll.
Stod att det fanns luftkonditionering, den var 0 effektiv, var kokhett på rummet.
Toaletten var kokhet.
Sängen oskön.

Rundum zufrieden!
Pros:

Hervorragendes Hotel. Top Lage in der Nähe des Wasserturms, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt und noch ein bißchen mehr: Man kann sich ein Omelett individuell zubereiten lassen und auch frische Pancakes stehen zur Verfügung!

Pas de shampoing dans la chambre. On leur en a demandé mais on ne l'a 0as reçu avant notre départ.

Cons:

On a du relancer plusieurs fois pour avoir le lit bébé. Celui qu'on a finalement obtenu était cassé ce qui a rendu la nuit un peu pénible.
