Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte sogar Kaffee /Tee to Go mitnehmen. Auch stetige Unterstützung wegen dem parkticket im fina Parkhaus

Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Hotelbar, auch hier sehr guter Service. Optimale Lage für den Messebesuch im Congresszentrum. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl und optimale Nutzungszeiten.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Angefangen mit dem frühen Checkin (konnten schon um 11.00 das Zimmer beziehen), dem Upgrade, dem sehr freundlichen Personal, der gemütlichen Lobby bis hin zum grandiosen Frühstück. Zudem ist das Hotel nah zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Matratze war uns persönlich zu weich und die Verbindung Tablet-TV hat nicht geklappt.

Das Frühstück war vorzüglich, das Hotel ist modern und hat aber seinen sehr schönen nostagischen Charme behalten. Die Lage ist direkt am Rand der Innenstadt beim Wasserturm.

Gutes Hotel zum weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Sehr sauber und tolle Lage. Sehr nettes Personal!

Cons:

Das Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht mehr 100% in Schuss. Auch ein Tablet zum Bedienen hat nicht funktioniert.


Persönlich: die Kopfkissen waren zu groß.

Ein fast perfekter Tag! 9.9 von 10 Punkten, für das Personal 12 von 10 Punkten!
Pros:

Das Haus besticht mit dem Charme eines 100-jährigen Gebäudes, tolle Architektur, alles extrem schön gemacht (Innendeko), vor allem die schöne Bar ist ein echter Hingucker! Im Innenhof / Aussenbereich sehr schön gestaltet mit dezentem Lichtspiel am Abend, tolle Athmosphäre!
Lage = perfekt direkt am Wasserturm mit sehr schöner Parkanlage und direkt in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Wir benutzten an diesem kalten Tag den Thermostat im Zimmer, der ist aber nur für die Klimanlage im Sommer, es wurde daher zunehmend kühler im Zimmer und unangenehm. Das supernette Personal hat mir dann einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, Sie hätten mich eigentlich nur darauf hinweisen müssen, dass die Heizung unter dem Fenster ist und die funktioniert auch! Macht nix, beim nächsten mal weiss ich es, ich komme sicher wieder.
