Das Haus selber. Das gute Frühstück in schönem Ambiente. Bei der Ankunft sofort Hilfe fürs Gepäck sehr netter Mann.

Cons:

Für ein Fünf Sterne Haus waren die Zimmer sehr
spartanisch, kaum Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhängen, Badeanzüge und Bademäntel zu trocknen. Nachdem wir einen ganzen Vormittag im Schwimmbad verbracht haben und die Handtücher wirklich Klitsche nass waren und wir diese gegen trockene eintauschen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, das ginge nicht nur einmal am Tag, dass es für ein fünf Sterne Haus in akzeptabel.

Das Hotel hat während meines Aufenthalts via meine Kreditkarte den Buchungspreis nochmals abgebucht und 5 Tage später zurück gebucht obwohl ich diese via Booking.com vorher bezahlt hatte! Habe mich beim Management beschwert
und haben gesagt die dass immer so machen da die das Geld erst später von Booking bekommen! Riecht nach Betrug, also aufpassen sonst müssen wir das melden. Gerne euere Erfahrung teilen.

Locatie is uitstekend!

Cons:

Bedden! Matras was erg doorgezakt. Na 4 nachten behoorlijk veel rugklachten gekregen en daardoor slecht geslapen. Bij het volgende verblijf ga ik zeker vragen om een goede matras.

Medewerkers achter de balie waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Het Kurhaus zelf, het heeft een "magische" uitstraling en prominente ligging direct aan de boulevard maar het is drastisch aan een opknapbeurt toe. Vloerbedekking op veel plaatsen versleten, de kamer met zeezicht (in ieder geval de onze) is aan een renovatiebeurt toe, de verlichting op veel plaatsen defect kortom momenteel geen 5 sterren waardige locatie
