The staff were very good. The location and architecture were lovely.

The interior was a bit tired and the mattress was a bit too soft. Requested a double bed but got twins stuck together.

Prachtig gebouw. Super obtbijt. De rest is gewoontjes

Cons:

Afvoer van de douche werkte niet, waardoor je iedere 4 minuten er 5 mowst wachten
Voor dat je weer verder kon. Verwacht je niet in zo'n hotwl

Cons:

De sauna was buiten gebruik. Dit werd vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. De spa faciliteiten wogen wel mee in de keuze.

Daarnaast veel evenementen van bedrijven.

Super genoten!
Pros:

Toplocatie! Heerlijk aan het strand. Ontbijt was geweldig! Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage Kurhaus voor 45 euro per 24 uur.

Cons:

Alles was top! Maar als ik toch iets moet opmerken is het inchecken een verbeterpunt. Tip: Via de incheckzuil is het snelst.

Hatten sehr schöne Tage

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und hat eine top Lage im Großen und Ganzen weiterzuempfehlen

Cons:

Das einchecken war nicht so top um 15 Uhr immer noch das Zimmer nicht fertig man sagte uns 15-20 min und man rufe uns an und im 17 Uhr sind wir dann selbstständig mal nachfragen gegangen. Und die Matratze auf dem Zimmer war viel viel zu weich so das man in einem richtigen Loch lag.

Preisleistung ist vorhanden

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat äußerlich einen sehr imposanten Anblick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch wurde ständig nachgelegt ohne Aufforderung.

Cons:

Das sicher vor langer Zeit imposante Hotel mit fünf Sternen, hat seinen Glanz leider verloren.Aber der Preis für eine Übernachten ist leider nicht angepasst worden. Schmutzige Tischdecken, die nicht nur einen Tag, sondern mehrere Tage auf dem Möbelstück lagen wurden ignoriert, auch Plastikbecher, die Tagelang im Treppenhaus lagen. Dann Parkplätze, die anscheinend nur für erlesene Gäste bereitgestellt werden, hat uns schon erstaunt. Ausweichparkplätze wurden uns dann im benachbarten Parkhaus für 45,-€ für einen Tag angeboten. Keiner vom Personal war der deutschen Sprache mächtig, 140 Km von der Grenze entfernt. Für uns kein Problem, aber was machen Gäste, im hohen Alten, die kein Englisch sprechen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass diese Unterkunft für uns nicht mehr in Frage kommt.
