Excellent breakfasts, attractive rooftop restaurant where we ate one time, welcoming and helpful staff, usefully situated for the main railway station Porta Nova.

The proximity to the palace, shops, cafes, train station and museum was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a light, bright and a spacious enough for twin beds. Although it was extremely hot outside, we loved having the balcony open in the mornings. The bathroom was also large and had lots of bench space. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good if you avoid the pre-cooked produce.
Just outside the hotel felt a little unsafe with people sleeping and drinking on the street. The small kettles are also dangerous as they don’t automatically turn off. The shower is difficult to operate and the floor is slippery. The pre-cooked breakfast, like bacon and scrambled eggs, looked like it had been there for days.

excellent, much better than other hotels of the same price range. rooms are clean, very spatial, and with free water and snacks. breakfast is delicious and with a lot of options.
