Professional hotel with great breakfast.
Pros:

Very modern and professional hotel. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Room was excellent. Breakfast was amazing as it had lots of vegan options for us.

La délicatesse du personnel de l’hôtel comme marque de luxe !
Pros:

Quasiment tout mais surtout la délicatesse et la bienveillance du personnel partout et tout le temps…. dans la partie hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse décorée avec bon goût et beaucoup de détails pour faciliter la vie, comme un vrai dressing, par exemple, et un minibar gratuit. Insonorisation hors pair : ainsi ai-je vu les éclairs d’un orage mais je n’en ai pas entendu le bruit !
Petit-déjeuner frais et très varié, servi dans une magnifique salle avec un personnel nombreux et prévenant.
Situation géographique pratique.

Cons:

Si le restaurant gastronomique « Les Petites Madeleines » est à la hauteur des attentes espérées (service et qualité des mets), le « Bistrot » en terrasse est clairement le point noir de l’hôtel : accueil froid et blasé, service pressé (ne pas avoir à demander de conseils) et incomplet (deux soirs à attendre une carte des desserts qui n’est jamais venue…) pour un coût au final pas si bon marché par rapport à celui du gastronomique.
Du coup, j’ai principalement dîné à l’extérieur alors que d’habitude je reste au sein de l’hôtel dans lequel je séjourne.

Pros:

Everything! It’s beautiful; has a great location right across the street from Porta Nuova train station and easily walkable to sights, restaurants, and shops; the breakfast is ample and good; the staff are all kind and helpful; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was large and had good water pressure; there are bowls and jars of delicious little hard candies around; they provide robes and slippers.

An excellent value for money choice
Pros:

A very clean, spacious room. The staff of the hotel was accomodating the two-three things we asked immediately. They really were professionals!

Cons:

The location is very central and safe. Having said that, it is opposite to the train station, which means that there are a homeless people at a distance from
the hotel.

Pros:

This is simply an excellent hotel. Stayed many times. Can't recommend it highly enough. Lovely rooms, great rooftop bar, friendly and welcoming staff. Right across from the Porta Nuova station. First class.
