L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel, l'emplacement idéal près de la gare et du centre. La petite attention à l'occasion de mon anniversaire. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Stayed here before Covid, nothing has changed. As good now as it was then. Breakfast’s are just out of this world.
Pros:

Close to station for onward travel. Close to the heart of the city. Lovely building. All staff attentive and helpful.

An outstanding hotel offering calm efficiency. Delightful.
Pros:

Excellent location. Really friendly, helpful staff. The whole hotel had an atmosphere of quiet efficient calmness. The breakfast was outstanding and the main restaurant served beautifully presented delicious dishes. The rooftop terrace was also a delight.

Pros:

I last stayed at this hotel in 2023. I liked it then, but I like it even more now. We had a twin room (528) and the decor was gorgeous (last time I stayed here there was an unpleasant purple theme in the rooms, but the duck egg blue is delightful). Great size room, excellent bathroom and the room amenities are just gorgeous. The lobby lounge is comfortable and beautiful, breakfast was as sumptuous as I remembered from 2023. The location next to Torino Porto Nuova train station is excellent, as is the accessibility to the old town. The roof top bar and restaurant is A++ What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. Every staff member we encountered was excellent (front desk, roof top bar/restaurant, breakfast staff, cleaning staff, the man who opens the door when you have luggage....all wonderful). The staff are friendly, fun and helpful - the perfect balance of professional, yet warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing. I cannot wait to return to Turin and I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

Ora di sostituire le TV.
Pros:

Dimensioni camera, comoda cabina armadio ed enorme bagno con vasca e doccia, colazione ottimo con buoni prodotti.

Cons:

TV non smart con soli canali terrestri, no sleep timer. Decisamente ora di sostituirle.
Homeless nella galleria sottostante (ma Torino è piena in quella zona)
