It was perfect in every way. Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast choice. Very quiet. I never slept so well.
A couple of small housekeeping points which I’m surprised a hotel of this standing doesn’t stay on top of. Only one of the two toilet flushers worked. In the bedroom a small part of the curtain fixing had become detached. Very minor faults but it’s why I didn’t give a score of 10. Room 419.
It was perfect
Fantastische Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, ideal für einen Apéro. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, natürlich perfekter Kaffee. Zimmer war gross und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Konnten unser Auto in der Hoteleigenen Garage parkieren und es wurde auch aufgeladen. Rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful old hotel, updated and well maintained with friendly and helpfull staff, Excellent choices for breakfast with the bonus that the breakfast room is open till 11am for those who don't want to get up early in the morning.
Location is excellent with most attractions being in walking distance and it is close to the railway station, the tram and underground.
Our room was large, comfortable and wonderfully quiet.
On a negative note the shower floor was quite slippery and there was no grab handle in the shower. There was a nice large television with a wide selection of channels, however it was at the end of the bed and I hate watching television in bed.
As mentioned above, the hotel is wonderfully located, however note that the immediate area around the hotel is a little run down with homeless people sleeping rough and budget cafes, bars and shops. That said we never once felt threatened, even late at night.

It’s an excellent, quiet and nice hotel. De luxe sup room was extremely comfortable, big size and compared to other prices in the city, I would say that a really good value. Small gym but nicely equipped. Breakfast great. And the personal extremely kind and efficient.

Lovely over all and especially the elegant and generous breakfast in a beautiful room. Great start to the day.
The one thing that should be altered is the very slow revolving door entrance. It is too frustrating for guests.

There was no drinks in the downstairs lounge when we stayed which was a shame
