Pros:

A perfect location and a very comfortable room, with generous space, tasteful décor, and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of options. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, creating a warm environment where one immediately feels welcome. Definitely my choice in Torino !

Pros:

Great staff and lovely rooms. Spa is worth a visit and restaurant too.

Lovely gracious hotel in an ideal location, with a fantastic rooftop bar.
Pros:

Location next to the train station made it super easy - yet it was very quiet. Older property but renovated tastefully and comfortably which gives it a good grounded-in-local feel. Wonderful rooftop terrace bar with excellent drinks and food, views out over city.

Cons:

Room was a bit hot while sleeping and AC could not go down more than below 20 degrees

Beautiful hotel in a very elegant city.
Pros:

Great location for trains/metro. Fantastic breakfast and super clean everywhere. The staff were so pleased to help. The icing on the cake is the roof terrace, such a wonderful panoramic view and great drinks. We felt very welcome.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Fantastic and friendly staff. Beautiful, quiet (and large!) room. Comfortable bed. Great amenities - free soft drinks in the minibar and water - refilled every day! Terrific breakfast. Excellent location - right across from the train station and 15-25' walk to all the major sights.

Cons:

Nothing. Was just a great hotel and stay.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal! So many options. Room was large and very nicely appointed. Hotel was conveniently located to many of the cities major sites.

We will be back because of the service, attention to details and the location
Pros:

This is a truly exceptional hotel. The warm welcome, the car valet and concierge with their attention to details all made our arrival easy and stress free. Our dog was warmly greeted, and we had a room with a private terrace which added to the additional feature of a dog bed and bowls ready for him along with treats at reception.

What made it exceptional? The fact that we could have breakfast with our dog in attendance. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and we will be back.
