Comfy and convenient hotel, with good value for money.
Air con wasn’t working in our room, but the hotel staff were very helpful bringing us a fan late at night. Everything else was perfect.
Beds comfortable, very clean, nice bath
Air conditioning wasn't very efficient, there was a fridge in the room but wasn't working.
The hotel is ideally placed for the avon, the canal and Stratford itself. The room was spacious, the breakfast excellent and the bar and terrace brilliant on a hot sunny day.

Great location to town. But also felt like you were in the country sat by the river.

Foyer and reception areas modern, open and airy. Bedrooms lack some character but deliver on size, comfort and value.

It was clean, plenty of room, plenty of parking, bar area was lovely and the breakfast was an absolute winner !

Staff were fantastic... very helpful and friendly.
Stratford was straight across the road.
Air-con in the room was particularly noisy, bathroom was functional, but not great for the price.
After parking, you can only go one way round... make sure you know that

Location to the theatre and town. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, great choice of cooked and cold food. The bar and outside areas were welcoming.
There are non smoking signs directly outside the bar into the garden area, these were not adhered by customers and staff did not correct them.
