Great location and grounds
Toilet flush broken, shower valve broken, bacon at breakfast was bad
Location good
Continental breakfast too expensive. Staff didn’t seem to know what it would cost. So we went to a local deli and got an excellent breakfast for half the price. Likewise with overnight car parking. One member of staff said £13pn another £26pn. Bathroom needs some thought put into design (dangerous unmarked step when stepping out of the shower, very hazardous when wet). Exit to car park was blocked by lorry when we tried to leave. Eventually told to go wrong way up one way system as the delivery lorry wasn’t going to move.
Location, very pleasant receptionist. Lovely room & outdoor seating area.
Bar prices
Perfect location for visiting Stratford, Anne Hathaways Cottage & Hidcote Manor. Loved the outdoor terraced area. Excellent breakfast. Decor was very calm & tasteful. Good quality toiletries

Our stay at the crowne plaza was perfect from walking through the door with staff there who helped in everything you needed. Our room was fabulous and everything what was there for us to use was fantastic. Will be going back again for a longer stay for sure.

The water pressure was awful. There was no decent running cold water and the shoe pressure was dreadful
Loved the outdoor area . You couldn’t fault this . The hotel was clean and very welcoming . The dining area and overall appearance of the hotel was excellent
My only fault was with the bathroom . I do not understand why you have a bath in a room which is clearly made for an adults. A shower cubicle would be so much more comfortable .

Too corporate, too big, too impersonal. TV didn't work. Our request for twin beds wasn't catered for, and they weren't able to move us to a twin room. They gave us a drink and a snack as compensation
Its location, really close to the RSC which was my reason for being in Stratford.

Self service breakfast was good. The hotel was very busy but the food was hot and was replenished regularly. Dining room staff were polite and efficient.
Our room was a long walk to the only lift.
The plaza is a large hotel and could probably benefit from lift access from more than one point. We heard other guests commenting on the length of time it took to get to the lift or stairs.

Breakfast was awful. Everything was dried out husks, from the sausages to black pudding and the pastries. Closed the pool facilities after I booked and didnt offer any discounts for a lack of facilities.
Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Great location to the nearby RSC theatre.
I understand paying a premium for the location but it still stung that I had to pay an additional £13 per night for car parking.
