i will ALWAYS stay at this hotel. i never have issues when booking or staying here. staff was VERY nice and considerate.
Pros:

Always a great stay. it’s pismo so it’s close to everything. great views of the ocean and the steps to the beach are about 20 yards or so. Rooms are comfortable and staff was constantly working to keep property maintained

We had a nice time at the beach, but I would stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Good location by the beach. Easy beach access.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean. My feet became visibly dirty from walking barefoot in the room on the hard floors. Also, there were countless areas of disrepair - holes and rust and cracks and cosmetic eyesores everywhere. It just gave me the feeling of not being in a very nice place. I am used to the standards of a Holiday Inn Express or Best Western, and it wasn’t up to those standards (which in my opinion isn’t asking for much).
