Close to beach and good restaurants, clean room, comfortable bed, great, friendly staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, very close to the beach and restaurants. Short walk to downtown and the pier. Would definately come back if I return to Pismo in the near future.

Great location, mediocre room at best.
Pros:

Close proximity to beaches and shops. Nice continental breakfast.

Cons:

Very loud right next to PCH. The shower was incredibly short, I’m 5’8” and it was just above my head. Shower curtain was tattered and ripping. The beds slid across the floor. AC was pooling in front of our room.

Cons:

I thought the room was going to be bigger and at least a counter top in the bathroom for the price.

Best place to stay!!
Pros:

Location was great! The room was wonderful! I LOVE the pillows!! Bed was super comfy! Clean, no noise problems. Atmosphere was perfect! All the amenities you could need. Customer service, A+!!! Emma was GREAT! GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS!! The price was a great value! Just had a wonderful stay! Thank you so so much for all the hard work everyone puts in to make this one of the best places to stay!!

Had a good swim and the beach was great as always. Like the walk to the caves.
Pros:

Beach is excellent in Pismo. Have been coming for 46 years. View from room was great. Beds comfy.

Cons:

Terrible continental breakfast. What happened to having it on the fourth floor like the old days?
