Surprised!!
Pros:

We stayed at the Sheraton Lisbon many times. We never gave this property a chance We now have a favorite place in Lisbon. Mariana was so warm, friendly and accommodating. Our room had a balcony which we really enjoyed!!

Terrible experience
Pros:

Terrible hotel the worse Marriott we’ve ever stayed in. Booked a 3 bedroom room and they couldn’t even accommodate for 3 people they had a double bed, promised us they would put a single bed in the room and we arrived back at 23:32 and there was no bed in the room. The staff were rude and nowhere near a 5* hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Lisbon Marriott is a gem!
Pros:

What a gem! Lisbon Marriott is a newer beautiful oasis in bustling Lisbon. Pool and outdoor lawn area is bordered by flowers and palms. Staff and Consierge Desk are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Bath shower has multiple shower heads. Be sure to get the breakfast buffet—amazing variety and quality!! Daniel the doorman was an excellent source of information and help. Was afraid hotel would be too far from City Center but not a problem. Lots of taxis. Quick ride. Approx 7-10 Euros depending on traffic.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Was upgraded to a large King as a Bonvoy member . Close to public transportation. Highly recommend

Cinco estrelas! Soberbo!
Pros:

Pequeno almoço muito variado e sempre com oferta, staff super atencioso e respeitador. Quartos e espaços comuns imaculados. Produtos no quarto para higiene pessoal excelentes, café e água de cortesia no quarto todos os dias. Recomendamos e voltaremos certamente.

Cons:

O vento não permitiu usufruir da piscina como gostariamos. Os espaços verdes do hotel são convidativos, no verão deverão ser muito requisitados.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with exceptional staff. Everyone was warm and helpful. If they didn't know/couldn't do something, they always asked a colleague; very impresive! The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, and reasonably priced. Lunches and dinners exceeded expectations.

Banho maravilhoso, dormida confortavel e café da manha sensacional.
Pros:

Achei tudo muito bom, só faltaram mimos e amenidades (touca de banho, cotonete, roupao, algum mimo para as crianças). Mas o hotel é excelente. Só para o padrão do hotel que ficamos na expectatia de mimos que encontramos em outros locais. Mas voltaria com certeza.

Pros:

Vi bodde där för en förmögenhet sen tog kyparen fel på 0.50 euro för en öl och kom tillbaka för att få betalt för detta. Tycker väll om man spenderat en månadslön lön där och massor i baren kunde man låtit bli detta.

Very nice staff and helpful, clean rooms and spacious, nice breakfast actuallyamazing, quite and you can relax . Close to the airport, classy .
You feel safe and welcomed , recommended for business trips , or if you have group program that you are joining and you need the hotel to rest .
Over all I love it .
The front desk staff are amazing. Please say hi to them

Cons:

Away from all attractions, when It was rushed hour it took me one H to come back .
Nothing around if you want to walk around the area.
No supermarket or local restaurants in walking distance.
Any thing you need to see , you will need Uber

Like all hotels, When there is a big football game on near by the prices do appear more expensive,
Pros:

The hotel was very nice but we were only there for one night and the only facility we used was the reception bar, which was nice. The were some fast food outlets a short walk away.

Cons:

The location was not great, limited to a taxi or a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro.
