"I had an absolutely wonderful stay, largely thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. A massive shoutout to the Front Office team—Anggi, Salma, Yasmin, and Fadil—who welcomed me with genuine warmth and ensured a seamless check-in. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.The dining experience was equally outstanding. The restaurant staff provided top-notch service, serving delicious meals with great hospitality. I also want to express my gratitude to the security team; they were always alert, polite, and made me feel completely safe and secure throughout my stay.Thank you all for going above and beyond. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff (Rivani, Nia, Fajar) were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back on my next visit.
