Pros:

Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Very accommodating.

Cons:

I didnt like that we were rushed out of our room before the checkout time. Some cleaning lady knocked at out door twice and attempted to come in the room at 9am. That was the only thing I didn't like, other that everything else was great.

Pros:

We unexpectedly stayed the night in Sonora and opted to stay slightly out of town at the Best Western. The room was quiet, dark and safe. Slept great. Dog friendly with lots of easy places to walk the pup.

Cons:

The breakfast is very standard across all best Western. Just wish they used real eggs!

No room cleaning, no bed sheets change, no towels changes, no trash collected, very poor in general
Pros:

There was no room services and I had to repeatedly ask the management/front desk why severally before towels were provided. Very rubbish and nasty services! Food not great, room not clean as expected!

Cons:

Great place to stay. Comfort is the number one priority
Pros:

First was coming into the office and being greeted by (I forgot her name) great smile dark hair. She was so nice and welcoming. Then she had the sweetest guy help us with our luggage up stairs. He was so great.

The room was nice the bed fantastic. We traveled with our dog. All and all great experiences. Would highly recommend

Beautiful location, friendly staff, fantastic huge jetted tub.

Cons:

The bed and the bedding were disappointing. The bed was oddly high, and unusually bouncy. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. Also, the sheets felt cheap and somewhat plastic. Since a place to sleep is the most important aspect of a hotel room, I hope they upgrade those.
