The staff at this location goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcomed, and that all of your needs are met. Ivenia at the front desk could not have been more pleasant and helpful, including giving me her favorite pen when I desperately needed one to take notes for an unscheduled meeting! All-around great experience, beautiful location, and superior Customer Service.
It was spacious and very clean for a older facility
The towels for the pool are very little and very thin
Excellent service!! Setting was business casual. Food presentation was fabulous!!! Compliments to the chef. Outstanding flavor to the chicken and green beans! Overall experience was Outstanding!! A huge shout out to Ivenia😃. Wonderful to had met you!
I would like to share the wonderful experience that I had at this establishment. I spoke to a very caring and dear individual named Ivenia. Such a doll. Outstanding grounds, customer service, and amenities. I attended a wedding at this location, and would like to say it is a bit pricey, but the experience was first-class.
A few suggestions for the future would be to let prospective guests know that a convention is town. There was a dog show, and it rained, and the entire place smelled like wet dog. Also, if there are rooms that you book months in advance, do not refuse to acknowledge a booked reservation. I want to thank the generous staff for patiently accommodating the initial issues.
With all that said, I would highly recommend this establishment, and give Ivenia a raise.
Respectfully,

Final note: This historical property is quite the best property in the Tapestry Collection. By far the best. The tudor style is superve and exquisite. However, difficult for disable to enjoy. Christmas time is a very special experience.
Beautiful, historic hotel. Great breakfast, pool, fitness center with plenty of free parking. Ivenia (Guest Services Ambassador) was so helpful. She's very polite, friendly and answered all of our questions.
The room was nice and comfortable
Check in could have been handled better. 15 minutes before 4 after being on the road over 10 hours. Told room wasn't ready. I get that. Still could have gotten checked in. Instead we left and then had to wait in line again behind 2 others. Which I will say I beleive were also turned away since they seemed too be waiting outside.
Humming noise in the hallway that keep us up all night. Told it was Havac unit that was not checked into When we reported. Nice place and if I could make sure not to be in or around 4304 I would probably stay again.
Pool looked nice too cold to use. Breakfast and serving staff were excellent.
Manager did work with us some after we spoke to the front desk a second time.
Very friendly staff
Pool was dirty all three days
The room was little and stuffy and not very cleanlinens were skimpy
Bathroom was dirty
A very luxurious hotel. A great venue to hold any type of function you would have. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and beautiful surroundings outside.
Everything the bed the room, the grounds the food
That is could not order breakfast on Sunday
Great Hotel. Nice amenities. Great service. Ivenia was friendly and professional.
The location relative to our planned events was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping, good access to the highway
The room we reserved was not available when we arrived. They offered us a free 'upgrade' to our room. Turned out there was a dog show in town and the hall we were 'upgraded' to was full of show dogs. Barking. A lot. A big bucket by the door of the building for aninal waste baggies. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The door of our room was hard to open, it was like we were on a wing that hadn't been well maintained. Staff completely ignored complaints at check out.
It was a very family-friendly hotel, with lots to do with kids and a dog park for our furry friend. It's a place that is great for traveling families or having a quick getaway.
The hotel is a little bit outdated, but the room was fine.
