Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. They even made popcorn for my enjoyment after I checked in. Breakfast was great I enjoyed eggs and sausage while my wife ate waffles.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard. But the room was spacious and had everything you would need. I don't care for the $100 deposit that will not be returned for 5 or so work days. I feel im paying because someone else screwed up.

Cons:

It was filthy. People having s** so loudly every night. People partying and leaving beer cans everywhere. Smelly. Smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non smoking floor. Our room was so dirty and all of our linens were stained. I have pictures of everything... this was supposed to be a family friendly hotel... I wish I seen more realistic reviews like this

The front desk person was telling us a customer's business when we had to go up and get new towels... I do not recommend going here

We also were getting chewed up by I assume fleas. I looked for bed bugs but didnt see any. We got so many bites all over our ankles and legs

Third time visit feom New Zeland. Look no further in St Louis.
Pros:

Everything. This is our third visit to St Louis (from New Zealand) and we have stayed here each time. No need to look elsewhere when this place has it all.

Would stay again if in the area
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated. Everything was clean . We were surprised how large the pool area was. They had ice water available at all times and popcorn in the lobby. The hot breakfast was good.
