Pros:

Night check in gal was awesome

Cons:

For 150 a night I'd expect better beds and more updated room. The room smelled musty. The bed was horrible like sleeping on lumpy plywood. The air conditioner didn't really cool down the room.

it was a little higher priced than I would’ve liked, but that was my only complaint

If anyone is visiting St.Louis Best Weatern in Arnold is where you want to stay!
Pros:

I LOVE THIS BEST WESTERN! I had visited St.Louis 2 months ago and we decided to go back and my experience was so wonderful then I knew it would be again! The whole staff was wonderful everyone from the front desk to the maintenance! This is definitely my go to place!

Pros:

Hotel was right by highway, clean hotel., overall hotel was good just needs to be more updated

Cons:

Seems very outdated, the bathtub drain wouldn't close properly it would just spin and not go in. Seems like towels are old saw some rips. Smelled like weed in hallway, I went outside on the side ans couldn't get back in the side so I had to go through the main entrance which the doors were open and not too secure.

Pros:

The price was good

Cons:

Very outdated. Staff was not helpful. Room felt damp. Being summer the hotel was very busy. I was given a room right by the lobby so I heard the pool noise, the elevator, the ice machine and all the noise in the hallway. It was very hard to sleep.

It was a really nice stay. I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

It was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I wish I could have changed is the elevator was broke. Which things happen. Not holding the staff accountable for that.
