Great location in Banff, just a block or two from main street activities. Great hotel staff.
Pros:

Location of hotel was perfect. Two blocks off main street, close to everything. Room size was ideal. Balcony off of room to sit at night was nice. Clean and comfortable beds. Good size coffee bar area with frig. Staff was wonderful and engaging.

Cons:

Hotel being renovated (lobby) although I understand.

Pros:

Convenient locatoon liked the verandah with mountain view and the kitchenette; right in town underground parking close to Bow River and easy access to shuttle services

Great location, price, concierge and comfy rooms
Pros:

Location to everything was great, 2 double beds in the room, balcony, the view from our room, road side was amazing. Comfortable Beds. Laundry facilities.
Great concierge service and assistance

Cons:

Our party, we had 2 rooms. 1 room lost cooling after 2 days. Advised desk several times they supplied portable fans at first but room sat at 23.5 degrees for 5 days, not fixed. Was uncomfortable.
Bathrooms are very tiny.

Amazing location and a beautiful place.

Cons:

This is a tough review to do because I hate to rate things so low when so many things were really nice but the main reason for logging is sleep. Multiple nights I had to constantly get up and regulate the temperature with the sliding door. The room was extremely hot without opening it. The front desk instructed us to open the the door to cool off the room. That was constant getting up and readjusting how open the door was to keep it halfway comfortable. Needless to stay our experience in Banff was degraded considerably by exhaustion. If you could actually control temperature of your room with a thermostat, this would be an amazing place.

A great choice.
Pros:

Easy access to town. Staff was excellent. Very nice room rooms. There was construction going on on our floor so we were given breakfast vouchers for free, which was a very nice touch and speaks a lot about the hotel.
