Pros:

First off I wanted a room on first floor but all they had was one that was at the very end of the hall. We came to Chico because my husband was going to have heart surgery and couldn't walk all the way down to the specific room. I explained to attendant on duty. She and GM searched and found me a room to fit our needs. I was very pleased they helped us out. They were very nice about it and I appreciated that also. Did not flinch once about the room problem. Handled extremely professionally. I would stay there again if needed.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Good location. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms

Cons:

My husband couldn’t swim or use the jacuzzi because it was occupied all day long by a family with several kids. Some were even shampooing their hair in the jacuzzi

Nice for the price
Pros:

The two rooms were wonderful, location super.

Cons:

Bed and pillows not as comfortable as other Best Westerns we've stayed at. We could also hear the highway noise from the room, and people running down the halls in the middle of the night.
