TV didn't have the Giants game channel

Good location, clean and updated hotel with very nice, well furnished rooms with friendly staff. Value was excellent and I became a chain member as a result of my stay.

The hotel is good. There was refurbishing going on, but it did not affect our stay in general (other than breakfast).
While the refurbishing is going on, the breakfast area was moved to Venetian Courts restaurant (a beautiful room, btw). However, it was set up such a way, that they scoop the food into your plates for you... weird... and tip jars were seen in several places. A little overkill for a hotel buffet breakfast, it made us feel a little uncomfortable...

Room was very clean and comfortable. I REALLY liked the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Bathroom was well stocked and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The bed was very comfortable.
The fridge was dirty and it was a long walk and stairs to the room from the parking lot.

I love the location
The room wasn't fresh the bed pillow needed new ones or wash the whole pillow not just the pillow case, the bathroom needs to be cleaned better or remodel and the carpet needs a good shampoo.

They were doing construction on the entry and facade. It was noisy. Breakfast was basic hotel fare.
This hotel slightly exceeded expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly on check-in. Nice swimming pool that looked clean and the water was reasonably warm.
Elevator maintenance was scheduled for the morning of my departure, I was alerted on check-in and offered a ground floor room. I accepted the responsibility to carry my luggage down the stairs on checkout. Turned out the maintenance was delayed by an hour or so, so I ended up getting to ride the elevator anyway. Parking is free.
I wish they had electric vehicle charging. In 2026 every hotel should have it. And it should be reasonably priced at a hotel.
Located across the street from the Sunrise light rail station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and all in all, it was a great value.
