Nice stay though...
Pros:

Convenient, clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Place is getting run down. The elevator was not working during my visit which meant a lot hoofing it up and down the stairs for everything.

Front desk agent was friendly and extremely efficient. Welcomed me by name and thanked me for being a Diamond Elite Ambassador Member . Gave me all the recognitions of the hotel. Thanked me again for being a member and gave me my welcome gift. She was extremely efficient. Wish she was on my front desk team.

Cons:

They did not get the full payment from you the hotel tried to charge one night at the front desk. Need to look into this issue. According to the clerk they only received one night payment from Booking.

Pros:

This Holiday Inn was a great experience for my wife and myself. The grounds are clean and everything was in order they have an office space where you can print pages and work in peace. The swimming pool was well maintained and very nice. Treadmills and a workout room was available. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and professional, as good as many 5 star resorts with concierge. Thank you Sacramento/Rancho Cordova Holiday Inn

Great stay, amazing staff and uplifting hotel experience
Pros:

This hotel and all the staff are amazing! I have traveled for business for decades and can honestly say, this was my favorite stay. I called ahead and staff person, Shy, greeted me so confidently and warmly. She went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was noted for early checkin and travel with my dog, as I was so worried to arrive and be turned away. She stayed on the phone while I booked everything, then double checked all the special details. I even had the pleasure to arrive and there she was at the desk, smiling and welcoming me to the hotel. She is stellar! Also another special shout out to Julia at the front desk in the morning, she smiled so bright it uplifted my day. She was so good with every guest checking out. I enjoyed the hot tub, laundry, breakfast that was staffed by another wonderful lady, and housekeeping staff were all so pleasant. I loved the new hotel, big fresh room, and felt so safe. I recommend it highly.
