Lovely property, ambience and activities for kids. Great service and very warm staff as well who made the stay comfortable. Bharathi was wonderful organizing games and playful with the kids. Would love to visit again.

This is a beautiful colonial building nestled in the heart of Ooty. We went there for a weekend getaway during monsoons. The place has all the elements to enjoy a quiet relaxing indoor experience away from home.
The food was excellent, they have plenty of indoor board games, bonfire at night and rabbit feeding in the morning. My son loved the old school experience of sending mail through post cards at their inhouse post box.

Hospitality from the check in to each and every experience was top notch.

Our stay at Savoy IHCL SeleQtions on 2nd July to 4th July with my family was exceptional and filled with warm hospitality. The heritage charm of the property, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our visit truly unforgettable.

As the weather was quite cold, she also thoughtfully arranged a bonfire for us, creating a warm, cozy, and delightful evening. Infrastructure is good

Good overall experience. Staffs are good. Particularly liked service of Rajkumar during dining.

We had lunch and requested for customer menu. The just Rajkumar took care of all our needs. Keep it up!

Room and food

Had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and full of flavour. A special mention goes to the barman, Raj Kumar, who was an exceptional host. He crafted a wonderfully warming Hot Toddy that paired perfectly with the cool, overcast weather, making the afternoon even more enjoyable. Great food, excellent hospitality, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Savoy Ooty, IHCL SeleQtions. The property is a perfect blend of heritage charm, elegance, and comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautifully maintained landscape and gardens, which added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Walking around the property and enjoying the lush greenery was truly refreshing.

The overall hospitality was excellent, and the staff consistently made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Rajkumar from the dining team for his warm, attentive, and professional service. He went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience and his friendly demeanour made a lasting impression.

The food, ambience, and service standards were all excellent and reflected the quality one expects from IHCL SeleQtions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Savoy Ooty to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience in Ooty.

Excellent heritage property . Great service and hospitality . One had to be careful which rooms to book as some of the lower categories are small and located at the rear . Chose garden facing Deluxe or premium. Heating from the floor keeps the room warm and comfortable . Beautifully manicured lawns and gardens allow for some relaxed stays . Perhaps the food could have been better . The new Excise laws on liquor don’t allow you to enjoy the property the way one would want to . ( no service outside the Bar ).

The place was very nice and clean and the view around and service was perfect but mainly our driver Rajkumar was an excellent driver and guide throughout our trip. He was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. He knew a lot about the area and was very positive and helpful throughout the whole trip.Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!
