L hotel va être renové donc toute remarque devrait normalement etre résolue inshaallah.
Points a améliorer : le petit dejeuner, la literie et les serviettes.
Mais on ne regrette pas.
Hôtel en pleins travaux pour réaménagement complet

La chambre spacieuse et confortable et la vue sur la mer.
Hôtel très vieillissant, piscine en mauvais états ( carrelage décollé, housse de transat en très mauvais état de saleté ), lobby fermé pour rénovation, personnel très peu professionnel, ils ne portent même pas d'uniformes ou de tenues professionnelles et la manière dont ils s'adressent aux clients ( particulièrement au restaurant) n'est pas convenable. C'est notre troisième fois dans cet hôtel, mais nous sommes très déçus par cette dernière expérience. Le Pullman Mazagan n'est aujourd'hui pas digne d'un hôtel 5* de la chaine Accor.
Close to the beach and calm
Wait time to get a room was high even though reservation was made at least 3 to 4 hours before getting there and the hotel seems pretty empty, reception made us wait until an employee of the hotel checked few rooms to identify one that’s available or clean, we were not told what was it about exactly.
The room contained a dead insect and the toilets were not clean even though sealed as if they were properly cleaned up …
I ordered room service something like 7 eur that should have been added to my stay tab late at night and the room service guy came back to ask for cash while my 2 yo was asleep (knocked hard on the door) - all in all too many disapointing small things for a one night stay

Tout l’hôtel est en traveaux et le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié et ne vaux pas son prix , le personnel du petit déjeuner trop bruyant et très désorganisé . Si l’hôtel est en traveaux il devrait etre fermé et non recevoir les clients
Posto bello, tranquillo
Rien absolument rien nous exigeons le remboursement intégral
Le soit disant hotel est en démolition et au lieu de le retirer de la plate-forme ils continuent a pièger d'éventuels pigeons comme nous pour empocher le dernier dirham possible
Ils ont fermé 70 % de l'hôtel ainsi que la piscine mais continuent de louer le reste
Une véritable arnaque
Nous sommes fous de colère
Et le restaurant de substitution est minable puisqu'il est en fait le bistrot du golf
Délabré et dans un piteux état
I used to love coming here but this time around all the services were shut
The hotel was a building site with the main building having construction work - half the hotel was inaccessible!.. had I known, I wouldn’t have gone! Who wants to go to a hotel under construction, they should have closed so guests didn’t assume it was business as usual only to get there and find out, once it was too late!
