A lovely place, takes pets, convenient, and I look forward to the renovations being finished.
Pros:

The hotel and gardens are beautiful as ever, the pool super, all, rooms with terraces and balconies, 100 yards from the sea. The access road is being enlarged too. The breakfast, served in our room, was palatial, really excellent.

Cons:

It was undergoing renovation, so the entrance wasn’t obvious, and as a frequent visitor I was quite bemused. But porters and staff helped a great deal. Also,we had asked,for,a,disabled room, and a wheelchair. The latter was locked up, so it took,some hours to find the key and we were quite tired by then. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, an unusual problem. But the staff did everything they could.

It’s a mind blowing place I will definitely comeback when all the outlets of the property are open .

The property is absolutely Stunning I was stunned by the views and the beach and how close it is to the Hotel however the lack of restaurant inside the property may outlets are closed cause of the renovation and that’s totally fine and a huge respect To Abdulnabi the Patchamama’s morning manager he is one of a kind he tooks good care of my mother the service he provided the way he approached us every morning was very warming and welcoming.

I was walking with my mother to Patchamama restaurant in the evening because is the only outlet available and no other ..when we reach there no one Even cares if we are walking by and we were fine looking for a place to sit helping my mom with a seat cushion cause she’s sick she can’t stand for long while doing that a housekeeping staff approached us with such a rage yelling screaming saying to us (Hey!! If you want to take pictures go over there signaling with her hands ) my mom told her we are just looking for a place to sit and she answers back these tables are for people Whos ordering food with a very narcissistic tone it was very humiliating to me and my mom I’ve never experienced such a thing I was shocked the way she talked to us I took the matter immediately to the reception letting them calling the evening manager that I can’t recall his name who handled the predicament very poorly unfortunately he brought the employee to my moms face forcing her to apologize in front of everyone it was such a chaos overall it’s such beautiful property with wonderful staff except that situation that left us furious 🥲🥲

A beautiful setting with outstanding staff, but hotel experience ruinedby major ongoing renovations.
Pros:

Loved the room and sea view, it was beautiful. It was our wedding anniversary so I found it very sweet that the room was decorated with petals on the bed and heart shaped balloons on the walls. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and helpful! 10/10 for this part.

Cons:

The property was in renovation and we were not warned prior to going. We found half of the hotel closed, the pool was in despicable condition (many tiles were removed from the pool floor it was black). There was only 1 restaurant open with very mediocre food. After we complained however, the staff and restaurant manager handled it perfectly and offered us a complimentary dinner on the house which saved the image of the hotel for our stay but we still would've gone somewhere else had we known that it was in this condition. It's a 5* hotel with 3* feel.

Dear Booking.com Management,
My name is Fatima Enaya. I reserved a room at the Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa Hotel for July 3–5, room 420, and I was accompanied by my children, aged 3 and 5. After checking in, I discovered several issues with room 420 that made it impossible to stay there.

First: The air conditioning was not working, the temperature was extremely high, and the pillows had stains.
Second: There were insects everywhere, and the room smelled unpleasant. I contacted reception, and they sent a maintenance technician, but he was unable
to repair the air conditioning. After my complaint, they suggested that I move to another room at 12:30 a.m., but unfortunately the same issues existed in the other rooms, making it impossible to sleep.

In addition, the swimming pool was in very poor condition. Much of the pool’s ceramic tiles were broken in a way that posed a danger to my daughters if they used it.

I request an investigation into this matter and a refund of my accommodation fees due to the harm I experienced as a result of the hotel’s conditions. I will be leaving the hotel at sunrise, as it is difficult to depart now in the dark. I await your compensation for what I paid and an investigation into this issue.

Too expensive for the quality offered.
Pros:

Great location and a beach, but that was the only great thing.

Cons:

The employee at the reception did not explain anything to us - we had to ask how to get to the beach, where is the breakfast. The luggage carrier (I didn’t catch his name) was very kind however. The hotel needs reconstruction, it seems it was already in progress.
