Nothing! Staff was trying everything and were helpful but the condition of that hotel were absolutely horrible.
The stay was a nightmare from start to finish.
The staff tried their best and were lovely, but unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet the expected standard at all.
The hotel was really not clean and, more importantly, I did not feel it was safe for children. Tiles were falling from the swimming pool area, which was extremely concerning. The carpet at the entrance was also very dirty and clearly needed attention.
We booked this hotel to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
Only one restaurant was open, with a very limited food selection. The other restaurant was closed, but nobody communicated this to us before or during our stay.
I honestly cannot believe that a hotel in this condition is being promoted by Accor and Booking.com. In my opinion, the hotel urgently needs to be closed for renovation, as it currently does not feel safe or suitable for families with children.
We also booked a family room with breakfast included. However, when we arrived, we were told that breakfast was not included for the children. I was shocked, as this was not clearly communicated when we made the booking.
Overall, this was one of the worst and dirtiest hotel experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to families, especially those travelling with children.

Esta muy bien situado. El acceso a la playa y las vistas...
Esta hecho polvo. Pero muy muy hecho polvo. Debe ser de los años 60 como mínimo. La piscina parece un hervidero y se le caen las piedras a trozos. El personal bastante regular... excepto la chica del desayuno el resto fueron muy poco agradables. Es un hotel carisimo para lo que es. Nada recomendable.
La vue au petit déjeuner
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable mais bravo à la dame qui fait les œufs, une pro!!
Les carreaux de mosaïques sont décollés dans la piscine et beaucoup d’humidité dans les chambres
Franchement tres mauvaise experience chambre pas faite a notre arrivée le carrelage de la piscine été casser clim qui ne fonctionnait pas franchement a fuir
L’emplacement était bien et le personnel très gentil
L’odeur de renfermé dans la chambre était insupportable . La piscine avaient les carrelages qui se décollait partout . C’était limite dangereux (pour se couper les pieds.)
