Pros:

Easy access to the Park. Game drives. General surroundings & main lodge facilities. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We were a family of 6 and had requested two rooms next to each other. They gave us rooms that could not have been further apart, at opposite ends of the building, one upstairs and one downstairs! Could not be changed due to heavy bookings.
The room for 4 people had totally inadequate hanging and storage space for clothes, so we could not unpack suitcases for a 6 day stay.
One tap in the bathroom basin was leaking when opened.
The paths around the property were rough and uneven making it difficult for older people and our granddaughter with disabilities.
The food buffet was extensive, but some dishes were poor, eg ribs.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und bequem. Essen war fabelhaft. Das Abend-und Fruehstuecksbuffet bierek etwas leckeres fuer jeden Geschmack.

Exceptional family bush experience
Pros:

Fantastic venue for our family trip. We were well looked after. The restaurant went to do much trouble to make me feel special on my birthday. We loved the game drives we saw so many animals. Overall an unbelievable experience, we will absolutely be back.

Cons:

As we did our early morning drives in winter it was really cold. The rule 1 blanket for 2 people, I do feel that each person should get their own blanket in winter. And children particularly should get their own blankets I wasn't warned about just how cold it would get but the experience was so great it over shadowed the unpleasant temp.
