Staff training needed for those that don’t seem to want to offer good customer service

Nice room and loved being in the centre

Cons:

On our first night we were not happy that we couldn’t get 2 rooms next to each other. When we spoke with the lady on Sunday 9-Aug she was v unhelpful. Considering our stay was in August and we booked in March, struggled to understand how this was not possible. She made some lame excuse and was v unfriendly. All other staff were lovely

Magnifique, mais pas 4 étoiles
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel dans un ancien immeuble. Le personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Niveau propreté on pourrait faire mieux, les tapis ont des tâches même dans l'ascenseur. Les lits sont vieux, mous et font la banane

Pros:

Centralt och väldigt god frukost!

Cons:

Duschdraperiet var mögligt, men när vi önskade att de skulle byta det, var det tydligen inte möjligt. Dåligt! Hissen kändes också otroligt gammal och var mycket långsam.
