A very pleasant day in a lovely old part of Strasbourg with extremely helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Petite France section of Strasbourg. We arrived very late in the evening when an all day music festival was taking place and even though our room was in a side street close to the main street we could not hear any noise of the festival when we tried to sleep that evening. The hotel was undergoing significant renovations when I was there so could not see the lobby, but we had a very spacious room with a very large bathroom, which is unusual for European hotels.

Cons:

The dining room is not very appealing and the air-conditioning was not working in it when we were there during a very hot spell in Europe.

Pros:

L'emplacement et merci pour le sourire à l'accueil.

Cons:

Y avait des travaux sans précision lors de la réservation. Et pour deux nuits on a eu deux coupures d'eau ( la deuxième sans information préalable). Une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain est très désagréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais sans plus. Je paierai pas le prix avec ce désagrément.

Pros:

Erg ruime kamer

Cons:

Airco blaast wel maar doet het niet, het word centraal geregeld maar er zit meer voor de vorm dan dat het daadwerkelijk doet. En dat is niet fijn met 38 graden. Uiteindelijk een hele kleine kamer gekregen en die koelde wel een beetje. Met warme dagen zou ik hier niet naartoe gaan. Wel erg mooie kamers!

Fabulous stay in the middle of Strasbourg

Konumu, temizliği ve personeliyle harika bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Konumu tam anlamıyla muhteşemdi. 4 gece boyunca aile odasında konakladık, odamız oldukça genişti ve temizdi. Personel çok çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü. Çok memnun kaldık her şeyden.
