Sehr zentrale Lage. Kurzer Gehweg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wasser und guter Kaffee in der Lobby zur Verfügung. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück haben mir Chia und Leinsamen gefehlt, das Brot dürfte von der Qualität auch noch besser sein.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la zona agradable, el desayuno excelente, habitación y baños amplios. Le agregaría frigobar.

Cons:

Había poca luz o era tenue al encenderla por la noche, pero eso no genera problemas. Como había un solo ascensor, por momentos era complicado usarlo, sobre todo cuando coincidía con su uso por el personal, pero tampoco fue grave.

Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage und seiner freundlichen Angestellten wieder buchen!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist schon Top. Auch die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit in der Umbauphase, der Eingangsbereich und die komplette erste Etage werden renoviert. Man wohnte quasi auf einer Baustelle. Das hätte man zumindest in der Beschreibung erwähnen können! Auch sind die Spinnenweben scheinbar Bestandteil des alten Hauses!

Perfect location, great staff! Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the old town with everything within walking distance that I wanted to see.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. They made the stay even better.
The breakfast was lovely, available at a property right next door as renovations were being done to the dining room when I was there.
It was no trouble to pop next door to enjoy the delicious and varied spread.
I’d highly recommend this hotel when in Strasbourg

Excellent location and reception staff really nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. However the person in charge of the breakfast room was not keeping on top of cleaning the tables and topping up the breakfast options. On our last day a table beside us was left uncleared for the entire duration of our breakfast even though it was not busy and the person in charge appeared to be doing nothing - just standing in the room out the back,

Cons:

I did not realise that renovations were underway. This did not really impact on our stay but I would have liked to have been informed about this before we arrived. Also, as mentioned above, the breakfast room was not being kept tidy.

Stay for the location, not the facilities 🫤
Pros:

Location was great. Very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning.

Cons:

Room was basic. No fridge. Furniture was weird - mis- matched but not in a good way. There was significant building work on the ground floor so lobby was makeshift and noisy with nowhere to sit or have a drink.
