Vraiment très doux, on a été pris au sérieux, et ça fait plaisir, merci
Pros:

Tout parfait sauf qu'il n'est pas précisé que l'hôtel était en travaux, mais la direction nous a fait un geste commercial qui efface ce désagrément, merci au réceptionniste sympa et compétent

Excellent location, poor value for money, noisy.
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious room and good bathroom. Ok breakfast.

Cons:

They were renovating the foyer but didn't inform us about that which would have been nice to know.
The renovation and the street below were both very noisy.
The reception staff were ok but not exactly friendly.
The breakfast room was ok but not cosy or pretty and we had to find a member of staff to ask for teabags because they were in reception.
It was expensive for what it was.

Gute Lage zur Stadterkundung zu Fuß, Restaurants drumherum, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Badezimmer waren renoviert und sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, trotz superior Größe, die historischen Dachbalken waren selbst für kleinere Menschen sehr niedrig. Die Nachttische waren viel zu klein. Leider ist im Hotel zur Zeit eine Baustelle, daher gab es keine Sitzgelegenheit am Abend, da die Lounge sich im Umbau befand.

Had a very enjoyable holiday in the lovely town of Strasbourg..
Pros:

Room was clean and the facilities good. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very good, close to the pretty 'petite France' area, close to a major tram interchange and a moderate walk to the railway station. The breakfast food was of high quality and a decent range of choices. The staff were helpful with our queries and requests.

Cons:

We chose 'superior double' partly to get a larger room. Our room was top floor and some of the extra floor space was not very usable due to the sloping attic roof. The hot water at the sink and shower were a bit 'temperamental' and we had a couple of cold showers. The stairs only went as far as the floor below us. We were thus dependent on the single lift, (which could be quite busy), at all times to get in and out.
