Gasten met een fiets zijn niet welkom

Midden in de stad

Cons:

Erg onvriendelijk. We waren op de fiets en onze fietsen moesten in een openbare parking staan. Ik zou in de omschrijving van dit hotel zetten dat mensen op de fiets niet welkom zijn.

La déco, la possibilité de caster mon téléphone sur la télé.

Cons:

L'hôtesse d'accueil qui a voulu d'emblée noter mon numéro de carte plutôt que prendre une empreinte pour la caution !
Les personnes qui faisaient du bruit dans la rue tard le soir (même si ça ne dépend pas directement de l'hôtel)
L'incitation à renoncer au ménage sans reversement à des associations écologiques.

Their apartments are stunning. Have stayed there multiple times.

Cons:

Booked one of their stunning apartments. There was no AC. It s currently June, the temperature yesterday was 42 degrees and all there was in the room was a super small fan. For almost 300EUR, one would expect an ac’d room or, at least, more reasonable alternative ways to cool down the room than one single, small fan. At check in, we were told that the room was inspected and that “ it was ok “ in terms of how hot it was which I found a weird piece of feedback to give because ok to them might not be ok to me ( since we might have different heat tolerance levels ) I tried to change rooms but the y told me their rooms were all booked out. I was really surprised at how small the fan was. It was next to impossible to sleep at night. Would not book again.

Lovely hotel and a very helpful young lady on reception.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, air conditioning and facilities to make your own hot drink

Cons:

We struggled with getting our bikes securely stored, so took a risk and locked them up outside the hotel. Thankfully, they did not get tampered with.
