Worth the money...
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Nantes! The lobby is very nice and the staff are really attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly. There was lipstick residue and random hairs from the previous guest on a ledge over the toilet. The shower cubicle needs updating, too, and needs a DEEP clean! The shower head and levers had a build up of hard water calcium (not sure of the exact name for it!) and the caulking needs to be renewed as it is dark brown in places towards the bottom! Everything else was good BUT the bathroom! Just being honest!

Best place to stay in Nantes!! Highly recommendable
Pros:

The property is close to everything, accessible to everything by foot or transportation. The staff are very helpful and always ready to help you. The hotel is newly renovated and has a modern vibe.

La camera è molto carina e accogliente ha tutto ciò che serve. La struttura è molto pulita e ben organizzata. La colazione è ottima e internazionale. Lo staff è accogliente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Posizione ottima per visitare la città, per la sua dimensione di visita a piedi con facilità.

The location is fabulous and the hotel is very welcoming and beautifully finished.The staff are ALL incredibly polite and welcoming.The breakfast was beautiful and sufficient.

The only thing I missed was maybe an option of sausage or poached eggs with sliced bread at breakfast
