I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

It was comfortable and quiet

Cons:

There wa some ants in the bathroom when we arrived but we took care of that.

Very friendly front desk, late check in was not a problem, clean and comfortable rooms.

Parking area was out of sight from the hotel.

Space and comfort right off the freeway
Pros:

Spacious room. Great bed. Nice amenities like iron, board, microwave, coffee in lobby. Excellent front desk. Ample parking. Perry’s restaurant right next door.

We stayed at this BW instead of other location because it was cleaner, lower rate and the staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms at a lower rate than hotels in central Marin.

Cons:

Parking was out of site of the hotel, just off the freeway.

Good option for one night stay!
Pros:

Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. The area is quiet. Wall is not paper thin which is really good. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is standard which is fine to us. Overall, we liked the stay.

Cons:

Pillows are not comfortable. I had to wake up a couple times because of that.

This is a terrific hotel! Although it's a little expensive, you get every amenity you could ask for.
Pros:

The breakfast was as good as any I've ever had in a hotel. I'd make an omelet with some veggies if I were making a big breakfast at home (which I often do on Saturdays), but this was a fine breakfast for a hotel.

Cons:

One small point; there was no night light. I don't really need this, but my husband wants to have a small night light when he gets up in the middle of the night... and there wasn't one. So we left the entryway light on the whole time at night. This is a waste of electricity in my mind, and a small, inexpensive night light might have been plugged in on he entry room switch. That would serve the bathroom as well.

We had another enjoyable stay at this Best Western and will surely be booking again when we stay in Novato.
Pros:

Convenient to our planned activities. We were visiting a sick family member. Also close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I disliked very little. Would have liked to have some real glass cups and/or mugs. But most everything was very nice.

Super Amazing!
Pros:

This Place is Amazing! Amazing bedroom- clean, spacious, comfy beds, sheets and the room smells good. The bathroom was clean too. Love the food options and the coffee! Love how they use real plates and utensils. Helpful staffs, clean interior of the hotel, quiet, safe, and big parking.

This is our third time there. It is a very desirable place to stay.
Pros:

We loved the breakfast. It is one of the best selling points. Everything you could want was served. I specifically need a pool to exercise in, and their pool is fantastic. It is a wonderful place to read and watch the deer and hawks. Their employees are hardworking and very friendly.

Cons:

Cobwebs in the windows. Hallways needed to be vacuumed.
