A complete experience to start the day: our Breakfast Box includes a selection of sweets such as croissants, pancakes with Nutella, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals and a chocolate bar. In the savory section, you will find nuts, York and Iberian ham, and white and wholemeal bread, along with butter, jam, EVOO and crushed tomatoes. To accompany it there will be a juice, flavored water or a detox drink. Everything is ready to take away and enjoy wherever you prefer. You will find it in single and double versions.

Super clean, convenient, hospitable, chic. The staff was very helpful, the location central to great sites and food, and the rooms and bathroom spotless.
The location is excellent. The room size is decent.
No option for breakfast.
No refrigerator inside the room.
No change of sheets after 4-nights of stay.
Sometimes the water was running from hot to cold and vice versa.
No toilet paper restock, we had to ask to give us more.
Nothing justifies the +300€ per night!

Beautiful public rooms. Very well located. Delightful and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

The location is absolutely handy, with plenty of points of interest and restaurants nearby.
The room is extremely tiny, and there's no mini fridge. The AC is a bit archaic and barely changes the temperature. The breakfast is extremely dull after having breakfast more than once. Very limited in options and overall not worth it.
Great hotel in a great area. Can't fault it at all
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti pagando la bellezza di 830 euro per una camera standard di 18 m².
Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'ingresso e i corridoi erano caratterizzati da un fortissimo odore di fogna, accompagnato da un profumo artificiale che sembrava utilizzato per coprirlo. L'odore era così intenso da risultare sgradevole anche nelle aree comuni.
Al check-in il personale ha avuto difficoltà a trovare la nostra prenotazione [ho capito che l'hotel era pieno] e, quando abbiamo chiesto se il problema del cattivo odore riguardasse anche le camere, non abbiamo ricevuto una risposta. Successivamente ci sono state proposte due stanze probabilmente perche ci siamo lamentati del cattivo odore: la prima era semplicemente improponibile a causa dell'odore insopportabile di fogna; la seconda era leggermente migliore, ma continuava a presentare un forte odore di chiuso e siamo stati costretti ad arieggiarla ogni volta che rientravamo.
La camera assegnata era inoltre situata accanto all'ascensore. Durante tutta la notte si sentivano chiaramente il rumore dell'ascensore e il continuo passaggio degli ospiti, rendendo il riposo molto difficile.
Un'altra nota negativa riguarda la descrizione della camera. Era indicata su booking una "vista città", mentre in realtà l'affaccio era su un terrazzo interno utilizzato dalla donna delle pulizie per stendere asciugamani e biancheria.
Infine, sorprende l'assenza di servizi basilari che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa fascia di prezzo, come un minibar o un piccolo frigorifero in camera, particolarmente utile durante la stagione calda. La televisione nemmeno un canale in italiano niente possibilitá di collegare netflix.
Un ulteriore elemento che ha contribuito alla mia insoddisfazione è stata la totale assenza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente dopo il soggiorno.
