Siisti, tilava ja kivasti sisustettu huone.
Avulias ja iloinen henkilökunta. Oli muös mukava nähdä aamiaisravintolan esimiehen huolehtivan nuorista alaisistaan ja opastavan heitä kauniisti ja asiallisesti.

5 star staff
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The check in experience was a 5 star one. Tchachan (apologies for the spelling) the trainee was excellent. Following an issue with the room I ask for support and a more senior receptionist Marianna, dealt with that with professionalism and kindness. The breakfast was also super good. The sauna in the room a plus. The location simply perfect, close to the main station, and close to everything else.

Cons:

The structure is a bit old. The light control panels were outdated and created more issues that vantage, especially a night with a strong blue light impossible to switch off. The instructions for the Sauna were not super clear. It would have be better having a book with all the instructions and possible some illustrations.

Siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Respassa ystävällinen palvelu. Sängyt mukavat.

Cons:

Sisäänkirjautumisessa pitkät jonot, koska vuorossa oli vain yksi vastaanottovirkailija. Aamiainen todella sekavaa ja sijoittelu vähän erikoista. Miinusta myös omeletin paistopisteelle. Tilauksia sai jättää, mutta niiden toimittamisessa oli todella pitkä viive. Lähemmäs parin tunnin aamupalan aikana ei seurueestani ehtinyt kukaan saada ainuttakaan omelettia. Paistajallakaan ei näyttänyt olevan kiire.
