Pros:

Мы втроем остановились на 2 недели в семейном номере с двумя комнатами на 11м этаже. Сам номер не то чтобы свеж, но в весьма достойном состоянии. Чистота и продуманность планировки. Много электрических розеток для вилок разных стран и даже юсб, так что нам не пришлось пользоваться переходниками, российские вилки подошли.

Окна нашего номера выходили на север и во дворы, что просто идеально - не было удушающего жара и шум с проезжей части не мешал. Опять же 11й этаж - красивый вид.

У нас было много удобных просторных шкафов, 4 стола, за которыми можно было поработать или перекусить. Ламп было много, все работали. Шторы блек-аут. Из принадлежностей давали шампуни, гели для душа, кондиционер, лосьон для тела, пасту и зубную щетку, тапочки, шапочку для душа, бритвенный набор. Полотенца, туалетная бумага и вода всегда были в достаточном количестве.

Расположение отеля отличное - исторический центр города, достопримечательности, рестораны и всевозможные магазины под боком, две станции метро в 3-5 минутах ходьбы, автобусная остановка в 3х минутах, парковка для такси у входа - короче, самое то, что нужно туристу.

Ресторан в отеле просто отменный. Утром шведский стол (достаточно разнообразно, каждый найдет себе что-то по вкусу, свежайшие продукты), а после можно приходить в ресторан a-la carte. Готовят европейские блюда отменно.

Сервис в ресторане и в отеле в целом великолепный. Мы ни разу не столкнулись с грубостью, непониманием, задержками, наоборот - сотрудники были супер милыми, предупредительными и компетентными. Дважды приносили фрукты в номер как комплемент. Ключ-карты дали каждому из трёх гостей, а не так как обычно бывает в отелях - 1-2, больше не положено.

Есть множество дополнительных сервисов, которые делают путешествие в разы проще: обмен валюты прямо в холле (курс крайне невыгодный, но в критической ситуации выручить может), прачечная самообслуживания со стиральными и сушильными машинами и утюгом, небольшой бассейн и кабинет массажа.

Cons:

1. Одна кровать была просто идеальной: высокая, современная, с пультом управления, массажем и высоким новым матрасом - мечта, одним словом. Но вот две другие - просто раскладушки с матрасами, из которых пружины выпирают. Мы подстелили одеяла в качестве наматрасников, иначе спать было невозможно.

2. Неприятный запах в ванной комнате, который появлялся ближе к вечеру. Ночью и в первой половине дня воздух в номере был свежим. Уж не знаю, в чем причина, давление в трубах даёт сбой или конструкция где-то хромает, но это было существенным минусом.

3.Технические шумы отвлекали и мешали спать. Пришлось пользоваться берушами.

4. У нас было два кондиционера, один из которых по факту не работал, так что тому, который был исправен приходилось тащить на себе обе комнаты.

И ещё в качестве идеи для улучшения. Думаю, было бы хорошо поставить кулеры с водой на каждом этаже. Во время проживания у нас не было проблем с питьевой водой - бутылочки приносили каждый день в номер, а если недостаточно, то можно было позвонить и попросить ещё - но вообще, такой подход не очень экологичный и экономный. Отель мог бы реально сократить расходы и сделать пребывание гостей ещё более комфортным

Enjoyed our time at the hotel except for being woken up by the neighbours but would stay here again

The location is good and within an easy 150 m of the closest metro station. The room and bathroom although a little tired were completely acceptable for the price and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast is truly excellent with an exceptionally wide selection of food both hot and cold to suit all tastes. As you cannot drink the tap water in Beijing, 6 x 350 ml of bottled water were replenished by the cleaning staff each day. Complimentary coffee and tee sachets were provided at the rooms tea station and were replenished each day.

Cons:

We had a room with an inter-leading door and the people in the room next door were very load waking us up whenever they came back at night. These inter-leading doors should be soundproofed because even when they spoke normally in the room next door we could hear virtually every word. I would suggest that you book a room without such a door !
