Molt aprop de l’autopista, ideal si vas amb ruta
Piscina perfecte per famílies (no és molt gran)
Font d’aigua fresca i amb gas a recepció per anar omplint les teves cantimplores (és perfecte!!!)
Hotel molt familiar: amb pintures, jocs i retallables pels nens
Molt bon esmorzar
Restaurant dins hotel excel.lent

Cons:

La primera impressió de l’habitació és que li falta una reforma però després la dutxa era moderna i perfecte i els llits molt comodes.

Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

Staff were quite rude.
When we booked in we were told we couldn't use the restaurant and swimming pool as there was a private function !!
After a long hot ride that was not what I wanted to hear. As far as I was concerned we had paid for all the facilities when we booked for 2 nights, not just for one night.
No apologies or compensation, very bad management!

Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel a couple of times on road trips!The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows.It is quiet with lovely views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

Cons:

On arrival we were told the restaurant would be closed for evening dinner and the pool would not be in use after 17.00!The reason was an event taking place which seemed to take priority over the hotel guests.We had travelled by car in a heatwave so we did feel this was unacceptable as we had to drive out again to find a restaurant /takeaway in order to have an evening meal.I might add this hotel is located in the countryside in the middle of nowhere!!
From our reaction the manager offered us complimentary breakfast which did alleviate the disappointment on arrival!

Pros:

La chambre était propre et confortable. J’ai adoré le matelas. Le canapé/lit était aussi facile à ouvrir et notre enfant a passé une super nuit.
Le jardin est bien entretenu et cela n’est pas courant d’avoir un si grand espace pour en profiter en se baladant ou en profitant des petits jeux. Je vous conseille très fortement le miel vendu dans cet établissement. Les abeilles logent dans le jardin et on peut s’approcher des ruches.
Le petit déjeuner est immense et propose un vaste choix aussi bien salé que sucré.
La piscine est propre et parfaite après une journée caniculaire.
Le restaurant sur place est un bonus! On y mange très bien. Les repas sont très vite servis et les serveurs sont super sympas ;)

Cons:

Manque des peignoirs dans la chambre pour aller à la piscine ;)

Top Lage, direkt an der Autobahn perfekte Lage

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen, im direkten Eingangsbereich links neben Eingang wenn man von den hintere Parkplätzen kommt Rich es extrem nach Fäkalien. Bein Check in wurde mitgeteilt dass aufgrund einer internen Veranstaltung am Anreiseabend leider kein Restaurant sowie Pool zur Verfügung steht, Alternativen keine, Kommentar Sorry. Zimmer im 1.OG Gang mit Teppich, sehr strenger Geruch, im Zimmer selbst war ein extrem modriger und widerlicher Geruch festzustellen. TV nur französisch, Bad entsprechend verranzt, Separate Toilette ok, Frühstück französisch angehaucht und ok absolut nichts besonderes. Der Preis mit entsprechender Performance und Leistung definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt! Trotz TOP Lage, definitiv kein weiteres mal….

Mixed experience
Pros:

Clean room, quiet, decent size, big bed.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

The female in charge was agitated. She told my husband he could not park where he had. She escorted him outside to say again that he could not park his campervan where he had. Bit confusing as he does not have a campervan!!!!
She did not apologise, she tutted, clicked her heals and marched off towards Germany,

Restaurant was a bit slow and disorganized. It was busy though. Staff were pleasant.
Food was nothing like description but edible.

One lift for whole hotel.
