Megfelelőnek találtam a reggelit, amit a szálloda ígért, azt betartotta, a személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Az ágy kényelmes volt és tágas. Nem bántam, hogy külön helységet kapott a wc. Kedves gesztus, hogy voltak a társalgóban társasjátékok. Hihetetlen, de a szálloda akciójának keretében, a szerencsekeréken kiforgattunk egy ajándék éjszakát, ami 1 évig felhasználható a három fős családomnak, úgyhogy visszatérünk még!
Sajnálom, hogy a medence nem működött, a folyosón foltos volt a szőnyeg, ami ennyi kisgyerekes családnál érthető, a szoba kicsit szűkös volt a kihúzott kanapéval.
Close to the motorway
First room smelt damp / unclean so we had to move
The gentleman on reception at night told us we could not get a late check out by an hour- although his colleague did help us with this the next day
It is billed as a family hotel but there was no indoor playground advertised, when we got there the pool was closed for maintenance and overall the facilities just looked very tired. Most of the staff were helpful but I’m not convinced this is quite with the price we paid as not really suitable play areas for kids.

L’hotel era carino, pulito e curato .
L’hotel è lontano dal centro e se non si ha la macchina è un serio problema. Arrivano due autobus il n 2 e il 70 ma fermano a circa 1 km e mezzo di distanza. Quindi bisogna aggiungere il prezzo dei biglietti che non è poco .
Nel pavimento c’è la moquette che è terribile se si è allergici .
I prezzi del ristorante sono alti così come quelli della colazione.

The family room was very good and comfortable. Enjoyed the food at breakfast and the short drive into Brugge. Very helpful staff.
There was quite a damp smell in the corridors, the pool area wasn’t very clean and the play area was in need of maintainence. We struggled to shut the door/window into the balcony once we had opened it. Extra pillows needed in the rooms.
El sitio nada más,por lo demás nada,no lo recomiendo.
El hotel no es lo que parece en las fotos,estás muy descuidado,muy sucio y huele mal,me quejé en recepción y me ignoraron prácticamente, también te cobran la tasas turísticas a los menores de 9 años, total una decepción,no se lo recomiendo a nadie,un saludo
