Pros:

I visit this hotel a couple of times a year for vacation, its always pleasant, clean and polite staff - I'm usually there a week or so at a time and never am I bothered or disappointed.

Pros:

Pillows and bed were comfortable. It was quiet even by the elevator. Location was great!

Cons:

Breakfast was decent, it would be nice to have at least a fruit option or two. Biscuits was an option but no gravy. Staff behind the counter checking in and out were not very friendly. We have stayed before and it was the same two and they were not that friendly then either. There was a bug crawling on the ceiling, when I knocked it down and further inspection it was a baby roach.

the room only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. When my wife asked for a couple more towels it was like we asked for the world. Even though I later saw it posted. It would have been nice to know that breakfast was over at 9am just the night before at the comfort inn in MAGGIE Valley. It was 10am

Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Easy to find and very comfortable. Room was very clean and I could tell it was freshly cleaned when I walked into our room.

Cons:

Kids said the indoor pool could be a little warmer.

The convenience of the room because the Desk attendant stated he had no handicap accessible units but the spacious and bathroom access fooled me why thought it was so very pleased.

I like the facility just hate they cldnt provide xtra pillows for the handicap
